There is no better way to start the morning. A smoothie before a nice walk around the park is satisfying and refreshing. This location is really busy. It is in a plaza with lots of retail shopping stores.
I can’t believe this!!! My flatbread had ONLY two small pieces of chicken! 2 tiny pieces. They made it with spinach when the menu says romaine lettuce! I had never ordered a chipotle chicken club and comes with spinach! No one asked me for the side and when I the flatbread was given to me, If I don’t ask for the side, none if the employees would ask me or even gave it to me.Also one of them did not know how to redeem rewards! The food was handed to me not even 1 minute after I ordered! It was a to go order! And NO WONDER! They did a Horrible job not knowing how to even make a SIMPLE flatbread! Shame! Advise: Talk less! Earn the money working right and learn the menu!
If I wanted a cheese wrap I would have ordered just that. Please ease up on the cheese. Both of my wraps came the same. I couldn’t even eat it. You can see in the picture provided the big block of cheese. Maybe retraining staff on proper portions could help.
Ordered online pickup. The order was not ready and could not be filled due to being out of the ingredients to make Island Punch? This was at 230pm yesterday. We tried to cancel on the app since we knew from previous problems at other locations that this is the process. It wouldn't allow it saying asap orders had to be handled in store. The cashier said she couldn't do it and to write my number on the receipt to give to the manager to call me. I asked for a copy of the receipt and was told to take a picture of it instead. I left my info and have not been called or refunded and left with no Island Punch which was unfortunate since we were looking forward to it.
be careful with what you eat manager sits down all day and talks the upmost garbage about everyone and everything she also steals food from the company for her and her children she has an issue with getting in minors faces trying to fight she’s almost 40 lazy, and rude many times employees have complained about her and she is never handled she let an employee leave in a panic attack and clapped and celebrated when the employee quit due to unethical behavior at the workplace by the manager employee was my sister and i am a former employee i quit because the manager is a horrible person.
So I stopped going to this tropical smoothie because of the customer service and the wait was always ridiculous. I started going back recently and it's been great. Looks like it's a whole new team. The lady who picks up the phone is always friendly and the food has been on point and fast.
Just places, okay? No more notice. The service here can be good at times or bad at others. I literally waited 20 minutes while 2 employees were hugged up In the front counter.
Cross-posting this from The Fountains at Bay Hill location, as I had the same issue at both locations. **Vegetarians and Vegans be warned** I had never had an issue with ordering their meat substitute in previous years, all of a sudden, when ordering at two separate locations, I received chicken and bacon in my meals instead of the meat substitute. I haven't eaten meat in 11 years, so even a bite is enough to make me sick. I was sent a $10 gift car- which was not accepted at this location despite the letter indicating it can be used at any TSC location- for my feedback regarding the first time it happened, but now that it's happened a second time, I don't think I can eat there with peace of mind anymore. I don't think it's just to have open my sandwich and scavenge through it to make sure it's the meat substitute I paid extra for, or actual meat.
I love Tropical Smoothie TS is my to go places, best smoothies by far, good cookies and good food, with that been said, the time i came in there were about 5 customers counting myself, one of the didnt have a mask at all and the employees didnt seem to care, the hallway to go to the restroom was pack up with chairs and tables, and the employees it seem like they were just working to get a paycheck what i mean i usually go to others TS and the employees are a bit more enthusiastic, their more light up. Smoothie recipes are still the same so if this are things your ok with definitely give it a go.
They often don't have ingredients for the smoothie you want. You also have to wait long for your order, even if you ordered online.
