The staff were great. Very compassionate and understanding. They spent the time with us that we needed. No sales pressure. I've had several friends and family members who have used their services and they were all very dignified And treated with the utmost respect.

Trostel Chapman has been a funeral home in our town, New Carlisle Oh for as long as I can remember, it has been used by past family members, and most recently for my mother when she passed the end of May. Megan Elizabeth & Nick were my contacts when I dealt with Trostels They were professional, and Sincere in helping us to make the right decisions for our mother.

The team at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar, and Fraley were great. We had to plan a memorial over the phone as we live out of state. They walked us through the process, made suggestions, and overall made the process as easy as possible. On the day of the memorial, the team continued to be gracious and supportive I recommend them for anyone looking for funeral home services in the area.

Everyone was extremely compassionate, helpful, and going above and beyond to aid during a very difficult time. All arrangements were carried out with excellence.

I can't say enough about the kindness and compassion of Megan and the other staff at Trostel,Chapman. They went the extra mile to help me say goodbye to my husband. They coordinated with the VA cemetery for a meaningful AF Honor Service.
