Troutdale is forever in my heart. I don't love what it's turning into but the caboose always provides joy. The rail depot has recently been remodeled and is open. A few items to appreciate and worth a quick peek if you're already there. The 9 to 5 gal who works there is nice; just don't expect a fellow rail enthusiast.
Small town, some cool stuff
Not much of a museum, has like 15 photos, some lights and typewriters and hats. Best part of this place is the train outside. I remember it used to be a lot cooler when I was younger but unless your a huge train buff its really not interesting especially for kids.
It's such a nice little place to relax and get some fresh air.
Still closed for renovations. No indication when it will reopen.
