Troy Adams Car Wash

Easy to pull up to and get a quick car wash and vacuum your car with free vacuums. Only thing is that I wish the vacuums were a bit more powerful and the tire pumps worked better.

Coming up today to wash my car because the business advertises as OPEN... arrived at the location and found a full construction site, most likely to be open in prolly one month or more. Not cool If you guys are NOT operating yet, don't list the business as OPEN. I lost a bunch of important time today when I could take my car to any open location instead...

This car wash just opened a couple months ago but has not been maintaining their equipment. The experience is very hit or miss. My first three visits were fine. On my last two visits the car wash only cleans my doors and my tires but doesn't clean my hood or my roof. I think my car looks like a skid mark. paid over $20 per wash for them to not maintain their equipment and actually clean cars properly. The staff all seem very nice but the quality of the product is a complete rip off for the price.

I have a ceramic membership and the wash does a decent enough job, the last few times I’ve gone through my car has come out pretty wet though. Too crowded to use the vacuums each visit but they are certainly convenient when available!

I bought a subscription 3 weeks ago. Drove and washed the car with no problems. And then some uncle, who introduced himself as the local manager, told me to take off the roof rails or not let me go to the car wash. Although before that 5 times everything was ok… what kind of idiocy?

Practical and easy to wash and clean your car.

I just washed the car and I was amazed at the lack of responsibility of the employees and users of this place. The person in front of me simply braked the car causing my car to hit her car, I honked and when my car came out of the machine I spoke to an employee who told me "we told people not to stop the car" okay so what? It's not their problem??? Okay I got angry I went to dry my car and another car hit my car and just nothing!!! They said that if I wanted to call the police and the person who hit my car left. That simple.

Very friendly staff. They provide towels if you purchase their monthly membership. I typically hate these type of car washes because the vacuums typically don’t work as they should, but theirs work pretty well

I went El Car Wash in North Miami on 1/16/23. I know you guys never here the positives instead always the horror stories, but on my visit today I pulled in a very long line I waited 20mins to get to the car wash once I get there Krystina was working and bringing people through I went in and everything shut down the wash didn't work so when I exited I pulled around she told me to come back through. She left so i than talked to Amanda about what happened and how long i wIted before she let me enter where she was which cut my wait time down. Krystina than had everything worked out I went to the manager working that day to express my gratitude and professionalism of his staff. This is why I keep returning with smiles on my face and wait patiently need t be recognized by management cause some days are better than others to go., But when the people at this location remember your name and go above and beyond they need to be recognized by Management.
