Kath and I have been dealing with Troy for years. We've never had a complaint about American family Insurance. Troy's office is always been great to work with. We had a flood in our basement and it took out our furnace. They approved the estimate and the work within 24 hours. A great place to work with.

Troy is amazing!  We were having difficulty with a few things, but when he got involved it was solved very quickly.  He was prompt and great at communicating with us what was going on and how to navigate through it.  Very happy we switched to him as our insurance agent.

Troy & Austin helped us in our move from Oregon.  Not only did they provide immediate assistance at all times, but they had to add 2 new vehicles, drop 2 others from coverage, obtain temporary renter's insurance while our new home was being built, and change the address multiple times as we moved from rental to rental, along with umbrella insurance as well.  It was a crazy year and they provided the finest insurance customer service I have ever received, and I have been a AM FAM customer for 40 years.  They went above and beyond.

We switched from handling our own insurance with an online company to Troy at American Family because I wanted better customer service. So far, Troy and KayLynne have been wonderful to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone.  :
