My stylist and I placed an order for hair extensions and the wrong product was shipped to us. We called, emailed numerous times to look for a resolution to this problem. We were told they would issue a refund and would send a mailing label to return them. That was 8 weeks ago. We still haven’t received anything. Our calls and emails are now being ignored. Please do not give these people your business.
