Omg service is amazing, especially from the fitness manager he has shown me a great immense amount of support in my fitness goals I highly recommend asking him for any assistance regarding fitness. Gym is very clean as well compared to most of the other ones. Staff is super respectful
AMAZING experience 10/10 Luis is the best employee there. He once went out of his way to help me lift 450 lbs off of me when I couldn’t squat it & almost fell! He even offered to pay for my trufit membership for a year because of that!! Thank u Luis, u are a hero!
Gym staff and management are excellent. The condition of the gym and their equipment is immaculate. Overall a friendly and solid environment to get a great workout session in!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to this time! The customer service was amazing provided by a worker named Eric. He made the signing up process so easy and fast. Can’t wait to start my fitness journey.
Salesman Eric Ramos was very knowledgeable on the deals available! Made signing up quick & easy, & gave a tour of the gym! Super clean gym with an amazing environment!
Some employees are lazy and don’t re rack weights most the time when you arrive at a station it’s very disorganized. Employees are also sometimes rude and use excessive cuss words or foul langue at other gym goers. The restrooms are usually dirty with the mirrors splashed up and the carpet smelling like urine. Overall not very pleasant experience when not even the water fountains work properly. Would much rather recommend the tru fit on ware road where the staff seems competent.
I love this gym, everyone is focused on their workouts, I like that there are machines available and more than one in case you want to work a certain part of the body and all of them are working and the staff are super friendly.
I needed to make a transfer to this gym due to the closer proximity to my house. Karina,Operations Manager just helped me out and the process was quick and easy. She was very welcoming and has good communication skills!
