the staff here is great. especially the front desk gal named Valerie. She's very polite and always has a beautiful smile on her face. whenever I have questions regarding workouts or healthy supplements she's always there to keep me on board and guides me to her wonderful Fitness Manager AJ. They are such a huge help to the environment. No matter what they're doing, they'll leave it behind to help the members
Extremely clean gym, if not the cleanest gym i have been into. Very helpful staff, Valerie was very kind and respectful. She answered all of my questions and helped me with my a billing issue i had she was very patient. Overall a wonderful experience 10/10 ‍
I signed up my son and it was such a quick and easy process! I understood everything and loved the place. looks very clean and this gym has the BEST music. shoutout to the staff for being so nice and great with helping me get everything I need.
Great gym, very clean and people are very welcoming and nice. Specially Sam, always has the best energy when training. She is great at making you feel comfortable. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the workout is productive and enjoyable.
SCAM SCAM at it's greatest!!!!! Was told by Nico to try Personal Trainer for 1 month, BIGGEST MISTAKE, I was told to cancel by the 16th, which I did to find out he was transferred, I had to pay another $300+ because we need to do it within 30 days. After cancelling I get another call that I still have pending balance for personal trainer ??? Here I go again payed an additional $165. To find out I am being charged $10 month additional to monthly fee???? Another excuse to get additional money, because they did not have my CC information on file!!!! Finally Cancelled membership oh by the way I need to do it 45 days in advance!!! Well after many years of enjoying gym I decided to cancel membership due to lies, omitting information scamming customers!!!! Well ended up paying approximately $1000+ just because, by the way still pending answer from Nico!!!!
Vianney the short manager was very polite and very helpful. Especially for being a women and not being on the thin side explaining to you what their gym offers. She convinces you to join and makes you feel comfortable in your own skin.
Very poorly managed gym! I wish there was an option to give them "0" stars!!! There is never anyone with authority available to speak with, when there's an issue. And those that come foward as management are typically barely out of their teens and have no knowledge of how to run a business. This is who the upper management and owners hide behind. It's a shame that there isn't a responsible manager to bring up issues with, as issues come up CONSTANTLY. Especially when it comes to inoperable equipment. They collect well over $50K/year in "annual maintenance fees", to maintain and purchase new equipment. Yet members have been asking for more weights & dumbells in the 5lb. - 25lb. range for YEARS! In addition, broken equipment takes several months to a couple of years to fix even for simple repairs. So what do they do with all that EXTRA money that members are charged to have use of equipment that works? I highly recommend avoiding this gym. If you do decide to give them a chance, refuse to accept the annual fee as part of your contract, like many of the other members have done. As they have almost NOTHING to show for the 100's of thousands of dollars they have collected over the years since they've been open. NO NEW EQUIPMENT!!! There are better gyms in the area. In fact, there's a new Anytime Fitness at Stewart & 495 among others.
Been coming to this gym since 2016 and it’s been awful up until 2023 when new management decided to hire Roman as the manager and Jacky in the front desk. Trust me when I tell you I wouldn’t have left a review for this gym the last few years. Things have changed and I’m happy to be part of the new wave.
10/10 would recommend this gym. they have good music, lots of room to workout and shoutout to aranza for making sure this gym stays clean and with a friendly environment. will definitely invite friends and family to workout here with me.
It’s ok to be responsible and pay your bills like everybody else but what’s not ok is enrolling with a hooked promise of 30 days for “free” and you having to wake up with a negative balance in your bank account from a monthly fee and annual fee that the representatives failed to let their customer know about. I haven’t even been there for 2 months and already I’m having to deal with this not to mention I now owe $45 dollars to my bank for a negative balance, plus $70??? This separate account is used just to have as an extra account with a set amount to pay bills but the inconvenience is the lack of information of upcoming fee’s they give to people signing up. They need more training or need new people. Horrible experience, will definitely cancel
