Absolutely amazing place the staff at the front desk were super kind and helpful, the medical assistant was so amazingly sweet and kind, the exams were thorough and informative, Theresa Jagoda is an absolutely amazing nurse practitioner she puts my old primary care to shame I never realized how much quality of care I was missing out on until I came there, she was very clear and thorough she explained things to me and was very understanding to my issues, she asked questions and you can tell she actually loves doing what she does and does it well. I am so happy with my first ever experience here!
My experience is with Dr C. Dr Brigham and Teresa. All of which have treated me with the utmost respect. Are very informative. And sincerely care about your well-being. They take the time to answer all of your questions and not just rush out of the room as has been my experience with most other doctors I have seen throughout my life. Not to mention all of the ladies at the front desk who are happy to help in any way they can and will also take the time to make sure all of your questions have been answered and provide any information that they think you may have overlooked. I have been going to trumed for many years now and my every visit has been a pleasure.
Been going there for quite a few years, have seen many different doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and nurses aids. All of which made me feel welcome, comfortable, and handled any ailments quickly and with professionalism. Most of the time going to the doctor is an uncomfortable time because something is wrong, but these guys make it easy and I actually enjoy being there as opposed to dreading it. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking for primary and/or urgent care. Plus the hours are fantastic especially if you have a busy schedule like me.
Worst place ever bedide Dr. C Kelly is so unprofessional worst beside manner most judgmental rude does not care or listen lisa office manager no words to describe how ignorant & unprofessional breaks hippa tries to bully & intimidate people and kelly allows it they are always right not trust i had the worst experience ever in my 47yrs of going to the drs. My daughter went once kelly was her dr she said she never met a more unprofessional dr said she swore my daughter has not gone back since that appointment.
I have just started going to Trumed. And I have to say amazing experience. Waiting is a little long but all doctors offices you wait. Dr Kelly is absolutely amazing she's so nice and helpful. I have seen her twice for my throat and is amazing. Would definitely recommend !!!
We had the misfortune of having to visit here during a camping trip, since my daughter was in extreme stomach pain- but the doctors and staff were amazing! Very short wait, very helpful- gave my daughter IV fluids and ran all the tests they could think of, got her on antibiotics and pain and nausea meds, and even followed up after we had gotten home from our trip! I was very impressed and only wish they were in my home town!
Went there tonight. Service absolutely sucked. Got there about 730 was not seen until almost 8 when they close. I was told by a lady named Karen she was going to test for strep I said I don't do that it hurts my throat could you ask if I need to have it done she replied with something along the lines of 'its fine I'll just say that you refused' and heard the doctor say to her 'well there's nothing I can do then' and laughed. I was pretty sure I didn't have strep considering my throat doesn't hurt extremely bad and it's on and off.. Plus when the doctor came in she could tell I didn't have strep by looking with a light.. I left to go get my medicine and when I got to CVS they never sent it... CVS pharmacy and myself called and the phones were shut off so I drove back and no cars were there. People in the medical field should not be so rude and snippy... Also there should be doors not rooms with curtains what kind of privacy is that?! Very unsatisfied with my visit. Would not recommend for anyone to go there especially if your expecting medicine the same day as your visit .. Which you should, that's a given.. Apprently not by this place more worried about going home.
Pleasant experience and interactions with my nurse and PA, very kind and personable. Listening through the curtain door, staff had a lot of gossip to share with eachother. I was told I could pick up my prescription down the street in approximatly 30 minutes or so. After an hour, my prescription still had not been sent to the Pharmacy, causing difficulties returning to work.
They didn't check my file and call the wrong number for my appointment. Luckily the number that they called is now owned by a family member and not a complete stranger...so they were redirected to me They didn't check my file and prescribed a non-steroid inhaler... I have severe asthma. I didn't notice this until I was at the pharmacy and the pharmacist pointed it out. I do not know all the medicines in the world by name and tend to trust my medical provider's word. Covid-19 hits the world, Tru-med expects me to go there for a in person checkup to address the issue. Medical facilities are currently hot spots for covid-19 due to the line of work of the individuals that are there. Nah I like the little breathing I can work in between wheezing. They stop prescribing even my non-steroid rescue inhaler because I haven't made an appointment. Then I finally had a phone call appointment with them and I try to explain the situation to them. I've been using the prescriptions that they've given me exactly as they are written, to which they tell me I have been misusing my medication and that I am to blame for not setting up a proper appointment or saying anything about the rescue inhaler the one they filled for two to three months all while not noticing that it's not a steroid inhaler for somebody with severe asthma. I've come to you for over 10 years. We've my family had to fight with you tooth and nail over medication and simple logistical issues. We've had to fight with you tooth and nail as a provider of basic medical rights. All of which well you deny any wrongdoing on your parts. I encourage anyone who took the time to read this to not go here. You could get a lot better support on a different network with people who actually care about your well-being. I will be changing provider. Update 1: changed provider. Found out I have COPD. Good job Tru-Med...could have killed me. Update 2: after talking to my new GP, it turns out that my COPD was caused by neglect. Only sporadically allowing somebody to have their asthma medication apparently has adverse reactions on someone's breathing… gee who would have guessed?
Worst experience ever, absolutely no humanity. The lady I just delt with looked at my insurance card said she never heard of it and proceeded to tell me that I will have to pay out of pocket for anything and everything they do today. Not once did she check her system just kept saying she knew for a fact I was going to have to pay. I left the office called my insurance who told me to go there in the first place. They called and after 10 min came back on the line and apologised and said that lady was the worst and rude and even after confirming the information she had on them they are definitely in the network but the lady was rude and just kept saying there's nothing she can do that shes never heard of it. She suggested to take the drive to Somerset or Dartmouth to not even deal with them because clearly the woman leaving on time was more important then my health. I very rarely leave reviews but I've never felt so Disrespected I can barley breath but now I have to wait until tomorrow if I don't want to pay infull at a hospital
