I am an Event Planner in Dina's Deluxe Events and I see beautiful gowns and wedding dresses during our events all the time! This store is a family business and the staff is very friendly and supportive Not only they sell beautiful wedding attire but also support local businesses! I was honored to participate in Trudy's Bridal Wedding Showcase and it was a blast! I recommend this store for all your event clothing needs!
I had the absolute best experience at Trudy's! After having a not so great experience at a different bridal store, Trudy's is next level AMAZING Lindsey was our associate shopper and she was awesome from the moment I walked in the door she made me feel comfortable and important. She listened to what I was looking for in a dress and brought me so many beautiful choices and we ended up finding THE dress. My family, friends and I give both Lindsey and the dress a 12/10
Trudy’s was the best wedding dress shopping experience I could ever have. I was truly paired with an angel, the best of the best, Judy!!!! She nailed it on the first dress she put on me! I showed her one picture and she instantly said, “ I already know from the top of my head which dress to show you.” And it ended up being the dress of my dreams!! I just knew that I would find my dream dress here. I felt all the feelings you should get when dress shopping. It was such a beautiful day and my dress is STUNNING!!!! Aloha and Mahalo! Can’t wait to show my dress off and get married in beautiful Hawai’i!! Thank you so much Judy!!! You are the best!!!!!!
My stylist/consultant was Jenn and she was absolutely amazing! I came into the store and I felt so well taken care of and she filled all the gaps in my wedding dress knowledge. She’s wonderful at clipping you in and making the dress feel like it would on your wedding day. My mother got her dress at Trudy’s 30 years ago and today I purchased mine! Jenn was also wonderful enough to work with me through email after our dress appointment so that I could find the right one. There’s so many beautiful dresses on their website that it’s hard to keep it all straight. But she was able to inform me of which ones they had in store and that I could come on in and try them. The dress that I ended up saying yes to was super easy to order and Jenn added the extra fabric and matching beading so that the people doing my alterations can add matching beaded straps and line the mesh parts to make it the dress of my dreams. Trudy’s brides is incredibly organized, clean, and easy to shop and their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
I think if you want to get a good deal on a dress and want to try on a variety of dresses, Trudy's is the place to go! They have a super huge selection and all reasonably priced! I've been here about 2-3 times in the past as a bridesmaid and I remember they carried a lot of different styles and designers! I didn't end up getting my dress here but I still had such a good experience and I think it's worth it for every bride to stop by here while they are looking for their wedding dress!! This review is also for my bridal stylist Jenn! She was awesome to work with. Super nice, funny, patient, and helpful! She took the time to see what kind of style I was really going for and talk to me about the dresses. She was very relatable and easy to talk to, and I didn't feel awkward at all in the dressing room! I think she also found a lot of beautiful dresses for me that fit the description of what I wanted! I was ready to make a second appointment with her because I had such a good experience with Jenn, but I ended up finding my dress at another shop before I was able to schedule the next appointment. Definitely worth checking out and if you have Jenn as your stylist you'll be in good hands!
Over the weekend my family and closest friends joined me in search of my wedding dress. Everyone was so nice! My nerves were thru the roof! I should've had a drink before arriving lol Mary was my consultant and she was so kind and understood exactly what I was looking for. She pulled about 7 dresses for me to try on. They were all so pretty. But it was the second dress for me. As soon as she put a veil on me, tears came down my face. The dress was gorgeous & I knew it was the one. I couldn't have done it without Mary, and I was so grateful for her patience and expertise. She understood the assignment and delivered. Thank you to everyone at the Trudy Family for being kind and welcoming. I'll post a picture of my dress in 8 months when I get married.
I had the pleasure of working with Jenn to find my wedding dress. I came to Trudy’s with no expectations and a sizeable budget to find the right dress. I really had no idea what I was looking for or what would look best on me. After a quick consult with Jenn, she took the reigns and picked out several beautiful dresses for me to try on. I really feel the cost of $25 to reserve your appointment is super valuable because the person assisting you to find your dress does a lot of work in executing your vision. Sometimes a dress you might have overlooked can be incredible when you try it on. This is something that both Jenn and I agreed on and I ended up saying “Yes” to just that! From the beginning to the end, Jenn created a wonderful dress shopping experience and I just received a handwritten thank you note in the mail from her. It’s the small touches that really stand out. I also like the fact that I can shop upstairs for a junior bridesmaid and flower girl dress too! Lastly, when checking out there is an option to tip your stylist. I wanted to make sure it goes directly to her because it is much deserved as they have a small role in making your big day come alive. Highly recommend to stop at Trudy’s for all your dress needs!
I had an amazing experience here! This was the 3rd place I tried on dresses and I didn't have many expectations because the two previous places I visited were a little underwhelming. My consultant was Didi Stout and I'm so glad I got paired with her because she really made the experience great. She listened to my feedback and brought out great dresses for me to try on even though I wasn't really sure what I was looking for. She was very attentive and made sure she brought me lots of options from various price points. I can easily get overwhelmed by too many options but she helped narrow things down very easily. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything or even to choose the most expensive option of my final 3. I am super happy with the dress I chose and I hope I get to work with Didi again when I go back for my fitting and to pick out accessories. Highly recommend!
I had such a wonderful experience at Trudy's when buying my wedding dress! Didi was absolutely fantastic and it was so great to hear that she has been there for 15 years. She is also a Buyer for Trudy's so she knew exactly what dresses they had and was so helpful with sticking to my budget. She was so kind and gave me great tips for styling my dress. I had a horrible first dress shopping experience at another bridal shop, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Lily at Trudy’s was a gem!!! As soon as I told her my style she pulled out the most perfect dresses, all within and under my budget too! She helped me get into all of them and even gave me some ideas on how I can alter:change anything. I found my dress and I am so excited for my wedding day.
