This surgical center was awesome all the personnel were extremely caring and lighthearted dr. Nelson is the bomb LOL he is everything all in he is genuine, caring and professional his skills are off the hook he is just a wonderful doctor.

This practice has gone through many changes. The office in DundAlk and Parkville have merged so ALL the patients that used to go to one or the other have now converged to this one office with one doctor and 2 physician assistants. Can you get an emergency appt with the doctor? No you can’t. You will get set up with the PA. If you leave a message for the doctor to call you, will he call within a business day- 2 business days- 3 business days? No he won’t. Will he return another physician’s call about or for you? No he won’t. The practice has gotten very large. Should you decide to use it, make sure to plan your Illness accordingly and schedule that appt ahead! Update: can’t even leave a message for the doctor now

This place sucks . I went through withdrawal symptoms twice when I couldn't get my meds refilled. No one returns phone calls . There is no follow up on blood work. Andrea the wanna be doctor caused me to suffer a mild stroke by messing up my medication. Serious mistakes are common place , with no responsibility for their actions. Stay well don't visit this dump. Lawsuit to follow this review

My wife and her family have been going there for years and I am sick and have an emergency and they can't accept a partial copay until I get paid Monday. Well you will never see me again I was on the market for a doctor and was going to get all kinds of tests done since I'm 40 now . Your loss

As far as the care itself, I couldn't ask for better. Since the merge, the phone situation has left a lot to be desired. Been trying for 2 weeks to have someone return my calls concerning "another" bill I shouldn't have gotten. If I have any complaints, its billing and possible communications with them and front office. This make the 3rd time I've received a bill that doesn't make sense.

I love the Doctor and the PA’s , but trying to get a new RX sent to my Pharmacy is awful. I am almost out of my meds. And have been trying to get it refilled for two weeks. I don’t like the way they handle it. Humana has tried to contact them and have not heard anything. I left a message again today,let’s see what happens.

Today I met Dr. Alex. He, like all the rest, are awesome! Very professional, yet also personable. Took a good amount of time making sure all my meds wouldn't interact with breastfeeding! And answered all my questions. Wonder staff all around!

Very rude, unprofessional. Not thorough. Stay clear of this place unless you want covid 19. Staff do not wear any masks. And will get right up in your face. In this horrible pandemic and time there is no excuse to not wear a mask. They are putting everyone's safety at risk..especially the tall red head that works in the office..she flat out got in my face without a mask!

Wonderful service. They are very nice and helpful. My husband is a patient of Dr. Alex Tsiolakis and he is amazing.

New Policy changes to not allow blood work at the time of visit is not convenient. Follow up on blood work is non existent. Whats going on?
