Supervised hours Monday through Saturday for instruction and education on how to use the equipment and the facility. Varied levels of membership and rates for singles, couples, and seniors. Fitness court that allows half court basketball or exercise classes that will be offered to meet the needs and interests of all of our clients. Full complement of the latest in cardiovascular machines (treadmills, ellipticals, spin bikes, rowers, recumbent bikes, NuStep, Airdyne, Cybex Arc Trainer). Complete Cybex circuit training routine. Fully stocked free weight area with the latest in Rogue brand free weights. Personal and Group Training services are available as well. Orientation, equipment education, and a customized workout experience are standard at True Fitness. Oh, and we don't believe in long term contracts.
