Looking for something different in the area and found this restaurant. Looking at the amount of reviews I decided to try it out. I’m glad I did as the restaurant has a cool vibe to it. Nice and open with patio seating and a nice walk around bar. The bartender was very friendly and gave great recommendations. Not sure if I came at the right time but the wait was not that long. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
Service was exceptional! Erica was great! Food is good and healthy as always. It can be a wee bit loud inside. They’re also puppy friendly on their outside patio. Their mocktails are very tasty too!Food: 5/5
I recently had the pleasure of dining at True Food Kitchen in King of Prussia and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the warm and welcoming decor, to the friendly and attentive staff, to the incredibly delicious and healthy food - everything was top-notch. I particularly appreciated the diverse menu options that catered to a range of dietary needs and preferences, without sacrificing taste or quality. We opted for the grilled Arctic salmon and my wife had the og grass fed burger. .Christina was our waitress! And she was amazing. Management should def give her bonuses for how much she goes and above for customer. Overall, my experience at True Food Kitchen was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy and flavorful dining experience. The attention to detail and commitment to quality truly sets this establishment apart.
Ok, so walking in, the music was super loud so we sat outside. Jade was our server. She is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the food and gave great recommendations. The burrata appetizer was delicious, fresh, and creamy. Next I ordered the Holy Basil Tea with ginger and honey, perfect. The Korean Sweet Potato glass noodles with vegetables was amazing. Definitely will visit again!
The food was great, but it was spicy, and it said nowhere on the menu that it was gonna be spicy, so that was unexpected... i struggled to finish the whole thing cause i don't usually eat spicy food. I got a Korean Noodle Bowl and apparently the chicken was an extra so i got charged separately for it which was weird ?? They were really good about accomodating for allergies and special dietary needs though, the service was GREAT.
I like the concept of anti-inflammatory foods only they offer, the customer service was good although food was not good. I got a OG juice and that was delicious, i also ordered the poke bowl for $23 and my husband ordered the smoked gouda turkey burger. My bowl ended up being the size of one of his 2 sides kale salad & sweet potatoes which was unfortunate since usually with that kind of price and at a nice restaurant, the proportions are at least a bit close in portion sizes. The green sauce that came with my poke bowl burnt the roof of my mouth from the spiciness, but maybe it was from the mix of that with my gingery drink. The smoked gouda turkey burger was lacking flavors and some of the ingredients listed that should have came with it, did not. Overall, a disappointing dinner experience, left still hungry.
This was our first experience at True Food Kitchen. Our waitress Jessica was very helpful in helping us navigate the menu to make our experience even better. I recommend if it's your first time there to really talk to your waiter or waitress and they will guide you through the experience for our drinks we had Peppermint tea and Citrus Spritzer it was a great substitute for a mimosa due to them being out of freshly squeezed orange juice no doubt .... For appetizers we had Chicken Noodle Soup and Edamame Dumplings for our main entrees we had Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl the Crustless Caramelized Onion Quiche with the Kale Salad and to surprise our Birthday Person had the Chocolate Flourless Cake with pure vanilla ice cream
True food is such an all-around great place to dine. The atmosphere is great. They have an interesting variety of food that has yet to disappoint. The wait staff is phenomenal. They have some great individuals working there. Highly recommend anyone who likes a fast casual place.
The service was excellent! Bit that, in no way, could cover the burnt, over salted/seasoned, and just inedible food we were served. Again, nothing against the people who work here... but... ugh. The $14 cocktail was so full of ice I enjoyed 2 sips and it was done. The appetizer round took forever and was heavily charred Brussel Sprouts. And I'm being kind... so much soy sauce and sugar was added to them... almost inedible. Guest 1 enjoyed their Flatbread. Guest 2 enjoyed noodles and butter/parm. Guest 3& 4 split foods to try out and ... vegan burger was not charred, but burnt. Nothing could rescue this double patty ... Kale salad as a side was unusually bitter and toothy, even for Kale. The highlight was the match hot tea and the hot chocolate... palatable and warming. Just wish the rest of the meal was. It sucks... I wanted to like this place so bad... WE wanted to like this place. Hoping the spring menu change brings better food...
Not worth the price. See my picture below. I order the Chopped Salad, add salmon and it cost $25 $9 alone for that small piece of salmon. This is a complete ripoff and I feel like I was stolen from. I will never order from here again. I've gotten more food and at a better quality for less money from 5-star center city restaurants
