An honest and warm office environment. I slipped and fell on the ice on my arm, shoulder and twisted my back. I could barely move them for 5 days before I decided to look at ratings of chiro's near my house. I saw they were highly rated and went in and tried them out. They really helped me get back to my normal life and iron out some long standing issues too. I'd highly recommend them . Also, the receptionist brings her dog in most of the time and he is PRECIOUS
I have been going to True Health for 8 years. Over the years, they have been on my health team, helping me heal from whole body injuries due to antibiotic poisoning including healing from nerve damage, a moderate traumatic brain injury, connective tissue/fascia problems from toxin and chemical injuries, various allergies, gut problems, detoxification, mitochondrial injury, ANS damage, and chronic pain. The doctors have taught me how to think about health and healing - which has been the foundation I come back to when I get stuck - and then helps me get to the next healing step. The doctors here genuinely care about their patients well being, are kindhearted, encouraging, and never give up helping someone like me recover their health.
A friend of mine recommended True Health to me to help with various issues in my back and hips. Everyone was so friendly and professional each time I went in and I was always greeted with a smile. They did a wonderful job in explaining the whole process and the different treatments. Right away I started seeing some improvements, but after a few more sessions and some guidance on what I could do at home, the pain and tightness was gone I would Highly recommend True Health!!!
If you have any kind of a spine or pain issue at ALL, True Health is the place to go! Dr Kyle has reduced the degree of my scoliosis by 20% and with his treatment, my back pain is almost gone. Kyle and David are excellent and passionate and extremely knowledgeable and educated in all the interconnected machinations of the human body. You will not regret making an appt!
The team is great to work with. I was recommended by an MD to find a Chiropractor to work on some pain. Everyone is friendly and professional. They educated me on the process and treatment. I really enjoy the technology for appointments and receipts. After a few appointments the pain has gone away. Highly recommend!
I was introduced to True Health by a friend after mentioning that I needed a chiropractor but didn't want to deal with the commitment and games some chiropractors play. I was 5 months into my pregnancy and I wish I started my True Health journey sooner. Both of the Dr's were transparent with cost and what was needed to help me feel immediate relief. I believe my delivery was smooth due to these doctors. The Dr's are punctual and the appointments are efficient. I will forever recommend this place.
Dr. David is amazing, the mobility is greatly improved in my hips, knees, shoulders and neck since I began treatment. Not only are he and the rest of the team skillful, they are down to earth and warm humans. And…Asher the dog is a delight to see too!
I have been seeing Dr. Kyle for over a decade now and I refer my friends and family to him every chance I get. I have always been impressed with his vast knowledge of the human body, healing processes, and insights and practical ways of treating different and various symptoms, from joint pain, headaches, hip/back pain, muscle weakness, to advice on nutrition and healthy habits, anything and everything health, at a very affordable price. In addition to a great personality, customer service, active listening, and genuine interest in each individual's health needs. I can't recommend enough! Thank you, Dr. Kyle. You are the man.
Dr Shirin is amazing ! My sciatica pain has gone from a 10 + to 0.Her treatment plans included work place suggestions, exercises did the exercises with me to make sure I understood the routine and recommended an orthopedic surgeon. I had been hesitant to have knee surgery but she explained the importance of the surgery. Office staff is super friendly and helpful.I highly recommend True Health!
Dr. David Gulledge has really helped with my lower back pain. The process takes several sessions but is paying off over time. I highly recommend using True Health Chiropractic!
