True Lux Car Wash

The absolute WORST car wash EVER. I paid for the “best “ service they had and it was a complete waste of money and time. My car was still dirty, the attendant said that he sees that it didn’t clean my car but he could only take my number and have the manager call me. He said he can’t run a car through a second time because he’ll be fired. I hate this car wash ZERO stars. CLOSE IT DOWN OR SELL TO SOMEONE WHO’LL GET THE JOB DONE

Don’t not go here! This business has charged my card for the monthly unlimited car wash 3 times since I asked them to cancel the pass. I’ve contacted them each month and have yet to get a refund. Last month they told me they would make sure my card wasn’t charged and a manager would contact me to issue the refund. I was charged again and no one has called me. In fact I have tried calling multiple time with no answer.

Vacuums are free but none of them are attached to the vacuum. None of the vacuums work not one. They all are out. Not one vacuum has a hose. A $10 wash your car is still gonna be filthy when you come out. Been coming here for yrs. Today I’m done. For all these vacuum hoses to be broke and on the ground is ridiculous. For the past month only 2 vacuums was attached. Now those broke.Service: Vacuuming

I sat at True Lux Car Wash for an hr it says they open at 7:00 am and I was there a Lil before 9:00 am the vacuum wasn't working and there was a worker there but couldn't come out and say anything to anyone to let us know something was wrong or whatever. When the worker did come out he still didn't say anything he hurried up and got in his car and sped off... VERY RUDE!!!! That car wash isn't the same as when it first opened up.. When uu go threw the wash uu don't get the full wash of the soap and rain-x like uu pay for that place diff needs to b updated with everything because they can't keep up with the cleaning part.. VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!!! I can't even put a star up for them this time.......

True lux car wash is the least reliable car wash I've ever paid a monthly subscription to. never get a monthly subscription to this car wash If you drive by and they're open I suppose you can get a wash but just know that that the car washes are sub par my trunk and back bumper were still completely covered with salt the guy just housed down the back of my car like that would be good enough and I figured it would come off next wash but I can't get in for another because every time I try they have some fake reason for being closed this has happened to me 6 times I will never subscribe to them again

Paid $12 for a wash. My car is brand new and still came out with the hood half clean. It's very convenient just for the past few years neither of my last two cars have been thoroughly cleaned. I will probably go down the street and clean it myself.

Bad experience. Personnel was friendly, however, the car wash damaged the paint job on my brand new car! The vacuums were clogged up badly. When I unclogged it with a metal fork I found on the ground, suction was a waste of time. If you own this place please reach out to me...don’t let this place get run down.

This is literally one of the worst car washes in NWI. I’ve been coming here for a year and pay for the subscription service. I have the most expensive package. Everywhere else they pre-clean the car for you in the winter to help remove the salt. Not this place. Your car is usually dirty afterwards and the vacuums never work. Also they are always closed. I’ve been using this place for convenience. I just moved to Highland, can’t wait to switch. I won’t even mention the swirl marks in the paint left on my vehicle. My car is only a year old. JUST HORRIBLE
