Great service getting me in quick. Only criticism was the the Doc came in behind me and never walked around so he could introduce himself to me....never saw him. I have had my teeth cleaned, but this was my first "tooth issue:. He fixed my chipped tooth quickly, but I would have appreciated a introduction.
Great experience! I felt welcomed as soon as I entered, the exam was thorough and the doctor explained everything perfectly. They were all so sweet and I’m so glad I switched to this practice! I had to switch for insurance purposes and I’m glad I chose this one.
There are limited VA providers in the area. True North is a provider and I couldn’t be happier. Regardless if you’re a Vet or not the experience has been 1st class. You’re greeted by a kind, professional staff. The wait time is never long. Everyone from the assistants to the Dentist has been kind, attentive and accommodating. If your looking for a local dentist, my experience at True North exceeded my expectations and I’m confident it will do the same for there you.
Kathy, the hygienist, was informative, helpful, and thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Hanna was equally as such during my examination. Front desk staff were friendly and professional and the office is clean and tidy. I will see them again soon for a filling and be back in 6 months for a cleaning! :

I have always been happy with the care and treatment I have received at True North Dental. Everyone is courteous and helpful. My questions and needs have been addressed appropriately and I recommend True North Dental highly.
Dr. Hanna gave a very thorough explanation of dental health and went over the X rays in great detail. I was surprised that the first visit didn't include a cleaning, but rather this consultation. That might not be everyone's cup of tea. However, I appreciated the patient education they provided. She gave me good advice on products to consider and what to do about problem spots to watch out for. Everyone- from office manager to hygienists and the dentist- was warm and welcoming. It was one of the friendliest medical offices I've ever been to! I live an hour away but will happily come back here.
A friend and active patient referred me to True North Dental. This Dental Group is the most welcoming Staff, very professional, compassionate, informative. I have Dr. Gerner and he makes sure you are never uncomfortable always asking, “Are you ok” during your procedure. On the “cleaning team”, Katie and Kathleen are also great! Couldn’t ask for a better dental team. Never leaving!!!!
I scheduled an appointment to discuss oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea. I found the online process for completing forms to be convenient and easy to follow. I was impressed that I received numerous reminders of my scheduled appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted and quickly engaged to provide the appropriate insurance documents and found each person I interacted with to be very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Gerner arrived on time and immediately listened to my experience of 15+ years using an oral appliance and my concerns. He provided information, feedback and an interim solution within minutes. I'm impressed with the future-forward treatment plan that involves regular follow-up to assure maximum effectiveness. I left my visit with confidence that this practice takes care of it's patients.
I’ve been told what no one ever wants to hear… You snore. Dr. Gerner and his staff facilitated a home sleep study, and from the results I now have the trays to use for sleep to adjust your jaw so you can breathe better, sleep better and without snoring! They were very patient with me and let me proceed at my pace. After getting an adjustment yesterday, Last night I “scored” a 2 on the snore lab app. I was told that anything below 20 is acceptable, I’m very happy!!
