True Religion

Alima was amazing. Her customer service was A+. She found tee shirts for me and put them aside. I was looking for a pair of jeans we couldn't find. I left the store and came back hours later. She found the jeans and put them aside for me and still had my tee shirts. I didn't have to look for them again. I shopped at many stores was not asked if I needed help. I had a wonderful experience at this store. Spent lots of money too.

Although the store does good deals $99 dollars for a pair of decent jeans, I would have to give it a negative rating for customer service. At the outset, the staff seemed uninterested in helping me out - she just seemed keen on getting off work there was still 1 hour before closing. I asked for several jeans in my size and was given one in an incorrect size. When I told the staff that it was too large, she did not even check the size that she gave me but told me they had no stock for the smaller size. After I returned home I live abroad where there are no True Religion stores, I discovered that the size was incorrect. I then had to make extensive efforts to contact their customer service I only received an auto reply email when I tried to contact them by email, and was informed that I would have to pay for my own postage back to their warehouse in order to get a refund. Apparently, they would not even make the effort to give me an exchange for the correct size! I’m just appalled at the lack of service and customer support from this company.

Amazing streetwear brand! Very original and stylish. I hope to own more True Religion clothing in the future.
