2.Develop training programs to account for biomechanical and physiological differences among individuals, taking into consideration their ages, sex, training status, physical limitations, and injury status.
3.Recognize acute & physiological responses & adaptations to training & their implications for the program design.
4.Educate clients on the importance of good nutrition & its role in health & performance.
5.Educate athletes about the effects of performance-enhancing substances & their abuse, relevant school policy, legislation, & safe & viable alternatives
