Supposedly Seniors are supposed to get a 10% discount but every time I’ve tried to use it the item I’m buying doesn’t qualify OR the clerk has rung it up already and doesn’t offer to re-ring it at 10% less. Appears that they don’t really want anyone to get this 10% off deal???
High prices, limited selection, and poor customer service. We were told to go out back to pick up an overpriced sheet of drywall. No one came to meet us. We had to walk back to the store to find somebody to help us. The store was not busy at the time, so I don't know why no one came to help us. They didn't have another item that I needed and didn't help me look. They just sent me to an aisle to fend for myself. I get better service at the big stores like Lowe's and Home Depot, and their prices are much more reasonable.

I drove an hour to come here because True Value online would ship the item I needed there $12. Home Depot and Lowe's wanted me to special order 4 of the same item $50+ so I was happy to find that I could order one and pick it up here. Was worth the drive. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Great store , locally owned open airy bright new store shelves etc. Owner Roger is extremely knowledgeable all staff is too. They are each a " expert" in a different area of tools and hardware , plumbing, painting, wood,pets. They have a small woodlot, a greenhouse and in spring and summer tons of plants from veges to landscaping and flowers. And there's a taco truck next door !!
