They have a lil of everything but the people are not to friendly

Buyer beware - Be careful to check the item number with the price tag. I mistakenly picked up an impact driver set that was put under the wrong price tag. I also had another item and paid for everything during checkout. When I got home I started to open the impact driver set and glanced at the receipt at the same time and noticed that the set that I thought was $23.99 was $37.99. I immediately stopped opening the the set. I didn't even remove the set from the packaging. I immediately returned the set to the store and talked to the same guy that checked me out. After looking at how the set was displayed he agreed that it was confusing. He said he had to talk to the manager since it was opened. The manager came down and said she would allow me to return the set but would charge a 20% restock fee. I can understand if I had used the set and tried to return it the next day but I returned to the store in less time than it would take to drink a can of Coke. I understand that a business needs to make money but you also need to make sure your store is organized and if it's not you should make it right without penalizing your customers.

staff member went out of their way to assist me in finding the right item! I'm super inexperienced when it comes to hardware and they were very patient and took their time to properly explain things to me. above and beyond service, very happy with my experience!

This is a great small-town hardware store. The staff is friendly, well-informed, and more concerned with being honest and helpful than just making a sale. This is the perfect place to find what you need whether you're greenhorn or an experienced DIY person.

Has gotten better and more organized, still confusing at times and more often than not if I'm not in a rush I'll head over to Dobson's in Bement, they have better prices and selection, they also sell automotive bulbs cheaper and without the excess packaging

They don't honor their online prices. They will not ask your permission to cancel your order if they think the price is too cheap. They will like to you about why they canceled and returned your item, and then will change the price online and tell you that you have to reorder your item.

Don't order anything online and have it shipped to the store. If they think you got it too cheap, without your permission they will cancel your order and return it. They don't honor their online prices. Then if you call the store and ask why, they will lie and say it's the wrong size, even if they have made a mistake. THE HIGHER UPs INSTRUCT THEIR EMPLOYEES TO LIE TO THE CUSTOMER.

They are so friendly and helpful in locating what you are needing. Will also load your car for you as well. They have a wide variety of item for projects you are working on. My go to place.
