One nurse was wonderful. The other nurse was condescending. I would love to know her name to report her. The doctor couldn't even see me because I am contagious. Why have a pregnant doctor work in urgent care? Why did they move Urgent Care way down the hall across from the lab. All the people getting labs are now by all the sick people. Why does it say you have to wear a mask when there are people walking the halls without one. The lady signing me in said I shouldn’t have that insurance. Who is she to say what I should have.
Went for urgent care on weekend and was closed!!! What kind of urgent care closes on weekends? Good because I read the reviews and I am glad I didn't go there. 5 minutes from my home....just went to Mercy Health on 46, best thing I did....
This review is for the URGENT CARE: I went to urgent care as advised by my GYN because I had heavy bleeding that wouldn't stop. I figured TMMG would be perfect since my primary physician was out of town, but also through TMMG, and urgent care should have access to all my records and history. They Dr. Quarles did other tests but never checked my blood levels. After a follow-up two weeks later I found out this entire time I was CRITICALLY low and could have gone into heart failure. I had to have an emergency transfusion, followed by two iron infusions at the hospital because this was missed by urgent care. My doctor was FLOORED that I went into the urgent care because of bleeding that wouldn't stop and they never checked my blood levels. They had no idea how I was still standing with my levels as low as they were and were very upset that I did seek care immediatley, as advised, and this went unchecked. Needless to say, I would not go back here, and would NOT reccomend the Urgent Care to anyone! Sad because the Priamry doctors & Staff are all fabulous.
Went In asked to get a COVID rapid test she said “its $120 out of pocket” I said that’s ridiculous and I needed it for work. Little did I know because she didn’t ask if I had symptoms or if I had tested positive because I did at home and have been sick for 3 days now but no the receptionist just told me $120 so of course I walked out because I didn’t get any more options than just that. Also, was playing on her phone while I stood there and wrote my name down I was the only one there and it took her a couple minutes to even poorly assist me.
Nice friendly staff. Clean facilities
They were quick in getting us in- HOWEVER they didnt take much time explaining xrays and gave no further care instructions upon leaving. After realizing the paperwork had no instructions, there were numerous attempts to contact urgent care both on the phone with multiple phone numbers given- each one ringing with no machine and no help and also going back in person. The weekly hours of operation were listed on the door- during one of our many return attempts, the sign read they were open until 7:30 pm, we arrived at 5:30 pm and were told by the pharmacist they all went home early. How awesome it must be to come and go as you please! We were FINALLY able to get help thru the receptionist at the radiology dept. Thank you, ladies! This is how you "care" for your patients?! This is how Trumbull Memorial Hospital trains staff to run an urgent care facility?! Gold star for you.
Good Urgent care facility. The physicians actually make you feel as if they are concerned. If you are nice to them they are really nice to you too. The staff doesn't act like it is just a job. It is something they want to do well. They take most insurance too. If you don't have a doctor to follow up with there are some right down the hall. A pharmacy around the corner makes it a one stop medical center.
My doctor is a part of the TMMG team and I love my primary care physician but it can be difficult to be seen right away so I have had to use urgent care many, many times over the years. I literally have no idea how Dr Quarrles still has a job there. She is rude, talks over you, doesnt listen to what you think could be wrong with you. She just plain acts like you are bothering her and she makes you wait forever! She needs some kind of training in how to treat and talk to people and maybe just act like a human.
Dr Sohair Rostom is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I fully trust her advice and direction. The staff is very friendly and conscientious, especially during the recent pandemic, making sure there is ample masks, gloves and shields. They are very professional and I highly recommend. God bless
Dr Rostom was terrible. She doesnt listen to any patient concerns and even went as far to tell me that my medicine working was psychological. I told her specifically what my research said my condition could possibly be and she told me “dont believe everything you read” I wasted months trying to get treatment from her and as soon as I go to my new doctor he tells me my condition is exactly what i told Rostom what i thought it was. Complete waste of time.
