While the place is actually ok, they are simply NOT ready for the amount of people that come here on a drawing night. We waited 2 HOURS for an order of chicken fingers. Do yourself a favor: come a couple of times, get the $50 in free play the first time you are here and do not expect anything from the drawings. The odds are low and the service is simply horrendous Employees do what they can, but management does not care to have the place adequately staffed. Not to mention ridiculous rules about dress code and "no profanity". But everyone has to be 21. NOPE, NOPE, NOPE

The first thing you notice when you walk in is security standing at the front door acting like the secret service. Very unfriendly with an attempt to be intimidating, scan both sides your driver's license and then tell you to stand right there while they do something and then they allow you in the casino. Seems more like a library atmosphere than a casino. Very quiet people moping around, very bad atmosphere. I guess with the secret service security watching helps create that atmosphere. Pretty good selection of games. Games seem to pay out okay. With all that said, I did win a little money and we left.

For your first visit, you will receive free play. We were each given a free play voucher of $50 plus the free play of the day, which was $10. The daily free play changes, of course. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Lots of games. Very clean facility. I called ahead about the dress code after reading the reviews. Basically, you need to dress modest. No tank tops men & women, no bra straps or cleavage showing. You can wear flip-flops, sandals, tennis shoes, etc. House shoes are not acceptable. Staff was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. We will return.

Went to the light experience and what an experience it was! We truly enjoyed the festival of lights. The music made it so special and it was the music we enjoyed from all genres. A wonderful thing to do with your family reasonably priced per car.

This place is convenient and not that far from my house. The machines needs to be more friendlier to the players. Drop a few big Jackpots , people will come from all four corners. We really need a hotel, there is plenty of space.Overall I like it.

Needs more variety of games they are practically just about the same they were kinda boring. Don't pay our much if you even hit anything the most I hit at one time was between 50 to 100. You don't get free drinks and can't bring in your own drinks. And why don't you have comp points I mean you give is cards so what is a the point in having a card if it's of no use. I think the gas stations are funnier pay out better and they even have way better games and more variety.

Waste of time & treat the customers POORLY!! So I went into this establishment fully clothes. I had on a black body suit with nothing showing but my arms. After they allowed me to spend my money, I was asked to leave because I had on spaghetti straps. This was my first time there & it is advertised that you get $50 free play on your first time. When I asked about the free play, I was told that is between the hours of 8-12. Forgive me if I’m wrong but I have NEVER been to an establishment that has hours for their customer care service. I felt attacked, humiliated, and disrespected during my time there. Don’t wait until I spend my money then ask me to go when I was bothering anyone or dressed in revealing clothes. I spent over $200 just to be treated like trash

Very, very nice. Clean, and the staff is helpful. Games were sanitized and clean. For my first time there I liked the place, prizes and set up.

Not as many lights as other places but oh was it a great experience! Not going to lie I shed a few tears because it was magical and beautiful. I think what made it was the lights in sync with the Christmas station. I don't know what it was but I would do it all over again!
