The name T & T originated from the first initial of the last names of its two original owners. Today, the Company is owned and operated by Richard Tartaglia.
Richard Tartaglia is a graduate of U Mass Amherst, and started his professional career in banking and retail. It was his experience as Vice President of Store Relocation for TJ Maxx that enabled him to become a skilled tradesman. In this capacity, Richard served as general contractor in the construction and rehab of over fifteen department stores located throughout the mid-West region of the United States.
In 1985, with this experience under his belt, Richard started his own painting company, which quickly earned the reputation as being, “Fanatics in Service Preparation”. This reputation has resulted in more than 80 percent of the Company’s business being generated from repeat customers or referrals from satisfied customers. In peak operation, T & T Painting Contractors has been known to serve over 100 customers each season with professional service that meets or exceeds their customer expectations.
