trying to call too get a PAYOFF is almost impossible. I dobnt understand why you have to wait almost 10mins to get someone on the phone.
**update** 2 stars to 4 stars. I spoke with member relations as recommended by the business reply to my comment. Problem solved. On hold for 15 minutes. But worth the wait. They were able to email me my lien release as well as mail an extra copy for safe keeping. I finally got my lien release today, which is all I've been wanting for some time now. Great customer service as usual. Just wish the experience had been better the 1st time around. Payments towards an auto loan were convenient and easy to do. However my loan has been paid off for several months now and I have yet to recieve the lien release, even after 3 requests have been made. I have been told it's been mailed. I've yet to see it in the mail, and I've been checking it thoroughly. Frustrating
Karen Washburn is by far the most unbelievable loan officer I've ever done business with. She was very attentive and accommodating. She was extremely honest and up front and worked hard to get me the best deal. Will definitely do business with her again.
I have always been reluctant to deal with banks for some reason but all that has changed since becoming a member at TTCU. Not one but all the Tellers greet me by name and solve any issues I may have.Jodi and Karen, The Financial Counselors are amazing and I couldn't be happier! Thank you all so much!
When I purchased a car they set me up to a loan through ttcu. Over a year ago I switch the loan to my primary Bank. I went in to close the account and waited over 30 minutes for less than a 10-minute process. The Saving Grace is Cindy Swift who was very kind and helpful during the entire process. I did however not enjoy seeing 10 employees chit-chatting with each other while I waited. This is just a review of my visit today, but from this experience, I was not pleased.
I will be closing my checking account. I have had $897 taken between them moving money out of my savings into my checkings without permission. Over $100 in overdraft fees because the detail will show everything has been deducted but it hasn't the total balance of the account has not changed. I didn't realize at first that there app is subpar and doesn't keep things updated in real time. I'm glad I didn't close my Arvest account.
I do not have an account here but I did talk to them about a mortgage on my house and they took the time to talk to me and told me not to go with them would be in my best interest and I actually have a way better rate with state farm. although this is probably not the case for most mortgages as mine was a special case they were nice enough to be honest and make some calls and get the best situation for me to go with.
Holly at the main branch is amazing! I have not been more satisfied with customer service, especially when it comes to dealing with my money! I've been with TTCU for about 3 years or so I've only had to go in a couple times but they have helped me every time in the most professional manner. Thank you!
This is one the bank that never answer phone calls... I was just on hold now for at least 20 mins... Listening to that annoying recording how awesome TTCU is. The bank is always short on tellers... always a long wait. Petty much there is no in and out in this business. If you don't have 15, 20 mins, don't go to TTCU, you will be late. But once you get someone on phone or your turn... then they are always really nice. Please set up a system, that we can actually talk to a real person VS some stupid machine that thinks it is smart. However, thank you for giving me a good %, and buying my car loan. I just wanted to call and find out if my money transfer made it to TTCU from my bank. But because I couldn't get anyone on the phone, it wasted more of my time doing this review. So yea... TTCU is good and bad at the same time.
I used their ATM and it shorted me 140 dollars and since I am not a member they were not willing to rectify their error. They told me that I would have to dispute it with my financial institution which can take up to 200 days.
