It's an honor to work with individuals, couples, & families. I work from a compassionate, hopeful, strengths based perspective.
I earned a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy from George Fox University. My year long internship was in the family therapy department of a residential and outpatient addictions treatment facility. I have been fortunate to learn through my own journey how to come alongside another person on his or hers. I am honored that the families and individuals I work with entrust me with part of their journey.
I am passionate about relationships, holistic health and healing-with a belief that all the components of a person influence and are influenced by each other. Physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological, relational, sexual, and historical factors are all part of every interaction, and every challenge. I am comfortable having conversations with individuals and families about any of these subjects that clients may feel they are not able to have in other contexts or with other people. My intention is to maintain an open, non judging stance and a collaborative spirit to help clients to feel safe to share with me and to explore what is holding them back from growing, in relationships, success, or knowledge.
