Wonderful service and the stylist, Elli, is an artist with her craft. I ordered some arrangements for a family event, and I was blown away by the beauty of the finished product. We received tons of compliments on the flowers. Price was very fair compared to some other quotes I was given. Will definitely be using for future events.
Love this flower arrangement! Called in to get a bouquet done for my mama’s birthday. They asked me for my budget, what colors I wanted and when I want to pick it up. I told them: yellow concentration with tropical vibes for pick up the next day. And bam! Super easy process, love how it came out, and so excited to give them to my mama. Thanks guys!
Ordered over the phone and flowers were never delivered, I was never emailed a receipt, they never charged my card and when I called back days later they didn't even have a trace of my order anywhere. Man on the phone said "things get lost over the internet all the time" despite me physically calling and placing the order with a human. Horrible service, not even an apology. How could you ever call yourself a business with these practices?

They went above and beyond with communicating with me about my arrangement closer to my event, and as an event planner The Affinity Group International, communication and service is EVERYTHING to me. I am excited to work with them on future projects!
If you are from out of town ordering for a funeral, be prepared to be cheated by Tucker Flower Shop. We did not receive what we ordered; not even close. When we called to point out how poorly we had been treated, they were not cooperative, even argumentative. We've seen other florists pull this on out-of-town orders, but they have generally been apologetic and ready to make it right for their customer. Not Tucker Flower Shop. Buyer beware.
