Tuft Pediatric Dentistry

My family and I love Dr Tuft and staff!

I love bringing my babies to their appointments. Everyone is friendly and nice. We never have to wait long. We are in and out. Dr. Tuft communicates with Everyone and I just love the atmosphere there.

As others have said dr tuft if an awesome dentist, but the problems lie with the people that work the front desk I feel like. They are rude. They said that as long as someone 18 or older brings him that I wouldn’t have to be there if I wasn’t able to make it. Well that was a lie obviously..so now having to waste even more gas to take him again. Gas prices to high for them to be lying.

My child had oral surgery with Dr. Tuft; they asked for her not eat after 12 the night before, which is understandable because it is a procedure scheduled for 9 am. After arriving for her surgery we were informed that she wouldn’t be seen until 3 pm. That is just too much to ask of a parent to have their 4 year old child not to eat literally all day. We were scheduled for a follow up appointment at the regular office. We waited for another 2 hours.

Dr Tuft is VERY friendly dentist that really has patience for young children. His office staff is HORRIBLE!! Very unprofessional, rude, and lack customer service. This was our 5th time coming and all times we had to wait for an hour to be serviced. They were very very very RUDE. They do not know how to schedule patients. I’m sorry Dr Tuft, your a great dentist but we have decided to go with another pediatric dentist due to your front office staff.

Love love LOVE this place! Dr Tuft and his staff were super nice from the moment we walked in the door. Very thorough and he explains everything to you and makes sure you understand. We had the last appt of the day and never felt rushed. The entire appt from start to finish took 40 mins including wait time and paperwork.

My eighteen month old unfortunately breaks her front tooth.. went in 10/31 for consultation.. The consultation ended in her needing conscious sedation and a crown. they schedule me for an appointment the next day and leaves it on my voicemail... they schedule her an 11am appointment and wants her NPO at midnight the night before... my little one wakes up at 630 every morning looking for milk and this morning was no difference. 630-800 she cries end up calling theoffice and they state there is nothing they can do.. about 9 I call the office back to reschedule and the receptionist rudely tells me the next one is in January when they gave me an option of today or next week less than 24 hours ago. please make sure they do not give you a lunchtime appoint when you have to keep your baby without food.. my baby was unfortunately a premie and when the doctors tells you to promote a eat whatever and whenever they want motto keeping them without food and drink for 11 hours is too much to ask...So disappointed in Dr Tuft supporting staff..

We love Dr. Tuft he's great with kids! Super friendly staff as well. Whoever knew your kids would look forward to going to the dentist.

Great with our children, friendly staff, very professional,clean facility,and nice waiting area to keep the littles entertained. Dr.Tuft is also a surgeon that surrounding clinics use.Highly recommend!

Clean not over crowded and we didn't have to wait long. They cleaned my daughters teeth well
