"Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry is a community-based laundromat with 12 locations throughout the Twin Cities. We offer brand new Electrolux washers and dryers in all sizes that can fit up to 135lb's of laundry in just one wash or dry! We accept credit or debit and have the option for you to download our Tumble Fresh app to start the machines from your phone, purchase washes at a discount, monitor your wash, and receive exclusive discounts. Other amenities we offer are free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV's, snack / beverage machines, and a game room/lounge. At Tumble Fresh, we promise to never stop working to make your laundry day better, one load at a time."

Everything was fine, with the exception that one of our $4.00 dryers continued say that the door was open and it was not. Nobody is here to accommodate, which makes me very upset. Also, pay attention to the arrows that show you which dryer you have loaded before putting your money in, because the push buttons for change return have all been disabled. I think this is quite shady.
Great first experience. Clean and easy to use washers and dryers. Nice amount of snack options and many different brand new and clean! seating areas so we don’t have to be super close to anyone!
I do like the laundromat. However this one time this past weekend, I decided to use a smaller machine #3 & #4 bc it was packed. Let’s just say #4 ripped my shirt. I dried my clothes and. Saw that my shirt was ripped. It was brand new. Worn it once and brought it to the washers and now it’s in the trash. Disappointing that the machine ripped my shirt. Overall I enjoy coming here and the place is great. Can you guys check the machine… #4
I take my sofa covers, comforters and quilts here to wash in their giant washers. Machines work well, but I've never seen this place as dirty as it was yesterday.
Really nice place, it was clean and felt pretty safe, it has an atm and coin machine, prices for the washers were a little much, but it was overall really good
It's super clean here. I love to come here and get 6 loads of laundry done in 1.5 hours.
Very clean establishment, machines work great and easy to use, fair prices and specials. I love doing my wash at Trumble Fresh in White Bear Lake. I drive out of my way to go to this laundromat.
Thanks to this location I won $50 off a $3 lottery ticket from the machine. That was super cool because my birthday was the very next day. Photo for proof lol. I never really go to laundry mats but the bedding needed to be done. This was a pretty nice and clean laundry mat. I will definitely be back and hopefully I'll win again next time I come.
Very disappointing as a first-time user with high-hopes based on the marketing. This place was very dirty, the floor had residue, chairs uncleaned and the washer/dryers need to be thoroughly cleaned with detail. Ever since COVID-19 you would expect companies value hygiene and cleanliness. It was shocking coming in early how dirty the machines were if it wasn't for my reusable sanitization wipes you would be shocked the amount of hair, lint, dust-bunnies and dirt found in these machines. If you are in the Laundromat/Dry-cleaning or any business dealing with people's personal items. Please make sure your company maintains this 'cleaning' standard. There was also no receipt option they need to clarify if they are paper-less, no one answers their phone line and it is important to clarify the prices/per weight better. The website needs to be up to date, you need a feedback form or direct email and make sure customers can contact you because there are no representatives on the phone. The only good thing is this company is trying to be modern its nice that the machines are self-service, and everything is electronic. It is good on the market so far until a new business improves this but they need someone on duty or hire janitor team. Or make sure customers are required to wipe/clean after themselves seriously people can be dirty and its not my job to clean up after others!
Washers and dryers still work great, but there doesn't seem to be on-site staff anymore, and the floors were quite messy powdered soap, dropped dryer sheets, and general messes and the garbages overfull - it used to be so clean and inviting. As a reference, we were there Saurday afternoon.
