Customer service sucks. Ordered a few items before and got the wrong sizes and wouldn't replace them. Shirts look good but feels cheap. Will not buy from then ever again.

The other reviews must be fake, because I've had nothing but good experiences with Tuner Cult. I've ordered plenty of merchandise from them and they were shipped relatively quick. I love my tiger stripe duffle bag I use daily for the gym. People that leave reviews make me laugh. You don't buy valve caps at a Merchandise company, that's like buying a steak at McDonalds lmao. As far as their giveaway is concerned, yeah it's legit. There's been plenty of winner and one or two of them are on YouTube that'll tell you their stories.

Tuner Cult is a fishy company. I left a 1 star review of one of there products and they never posted it up to their website. They claim "no hassle returns/exchanges" but they don't refund your money if a product doesn't match their item description. The customers have to pay for shipping and if you need something returned/exchanged they don't pay for a shipping label. I bought a face mask and it was as thin as 1 ply toilet paper. My girlfriend bought a $60 plus shipping that is supposed to be waterproof and made of 100% Polyster. I was able to see through it I don't think it's waterproof if you can see through the material. For them to be charging so much for cheap products is crazy.

Tuner runs a fraudulent giveaway. They intentionally delay your order fulfillment and keep you out of the giveaway so they can give it to their friends They advertise after the giveaway ends and take sales towards it. Also purchased 9/10 more than a week before giveaway and they did not ship me product until 9/23 and there was no entry ticket in package . They gave away the last giveaway days prior which means I had no entry into it. They clearly are engaging in fraudulent behavior which seems to be a reoccurring theme. Looks like the only way to get their attention is legally , my requests were simple. Refund me or put my purchases toward to current giveaway. *crickets* Uneducated children can't run businesses well . Even if it is a bunch of drop shipped t shirts

Absolute junk!!! Purchased valve caps that have oxidized and rusted on to the valve. Had to replace tpms to get them off.. customer service did absolutely nothing for me. Joke! Save your money with this place

Unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 star. Ordered items over 1 month ago and still waiting for a response on where my items are. I have sent multiple requests and received 1 automated message. Despite the attraction of sweepstakes do not purchase items from Tuner Cult. Its been over a month and I am still waiting. I have had no response to my requests on updates. It says that tracking will update in 1-3 business days, but that is not the case....Its not even terrible service as it is non existent service - Follow up. Ordered product Nov 9th, 2019 and it arrived almost 2 months later Jan 2nd, 2020. 1 automated message, no answer on phone and 1 email saying: "Thank you for your order, We usually ship orders out within 3-4 business days from when the order is placed, this excludes holidays and weekends. Sometimes we do get a little backed up due to SALES and other PROMOS we apologize for the delay on your order and we are going to have this sent out and updating shortly. Once your order has been processed, we will send your tracking information to your email. Please refer to this for any updates regarding the shipment of your order. Thank you. Don't Worry, Your Entries Are Automatically Confirmed Within 24hrs Of When The Order Was Placed. Placed order Nov 9th and received automated email Nov 25th saying they ship within 3 to 4 business days......purchase with caution and be prepared to wait almost 2 months

Very poor customer service and products are overpriced for their quality. Ordered a themed mystery box from them and only some of the items inside were consistent with the car the box was supposed to be for. Contacted them and they never got back to me.

Great quality products I’ve never had any problems , I may never win the giveaways but it’s fine with me and I will continue purchasing their awesome products.

Over 2 months since I ordered parts. Bought them elsewhere. Can't get ahold of anyone here. Called 100 times, emailed, facebook, Instagram. Nothing. Too busy taking selfies to respond I guess. Trash company.

Bad customer service !!! email response even worse 3 days to 3 weeks haven't didnt received my full order i feel robbed of my money bought almost 320$ of stuff and missing 3 shirts worth 30$ and never provided tracking number of my order smh
