So far our experience has been positive. Julie was very attentive to our wants/needs and was not a pushy salespeople. She let us shop and checked in occasionally. I appreciate that. We found what we liked and she made it happen. Everyone was very pleasant/helpful today. We would recommend Turk to our friends and family.
Everyone, from floor sales to upper management, is customer oriented. They go above and beyond to make certain the customer is happy. I had ordered a sectional sofa for a new construction space, but upon delivery, it didn’t fit into the space. Turk furniture management allowed me to select pieces that do fit the space. I visited the store and was met by Rusty, who helped me through the process. Prior to visiting the store, both Millie and Brenda helped me by phone. However, in-person service was even better than the help on the phone. And, they remembered me!! I left the store completely satisfied! Kudos to Turks!!
My experience at Turk Furniture was excellent today. Chloe was our sales associate, and was so kind, patient and helpful as I was purchasing a power lift chair for my dad. She took her time with me, listened to my specific needs/concerns with finding a chair, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Everyone we dealt with from sales to loading was professional and kind. I will highly recommend Turk Furniture and especially Chloe as a sales associate to my family and friends who are needing to buy furniture.
Phil was such an amazing sales man! Awnser all our question perfectly took the time to break prices down for us …. My husband is high Mate… we were both very happy with our new furniture! Highly recommend Phil
Julie is always amazing and goes above and beyond for me every time I visit Turk. My husband and I love the antique collection and your store always has most of the items on display. The store is always welcoming, clean and set up so you can picture what each piece will look like in your home!
I’ve used Turks a few times for mattresses and bedroom furniture but this was the first time I bought a sectional couch from them. Buying a couch is not easy. Especially a custom/special order. There are tons of fabric and color selections. Not to mention configuring the layout of a sectional, how it’ll fit in your room, and what arm rests you want. It can all be very overwhelming. Especially if you’re indecisive like me. My salesperson, India, was very patient with me and helped me pick out what would go best in my house. I prefer Turks for my furniture needs because they’re local, less chaotic than stores “up north”, and the sales people are very helpful and personable.
Phil was our saleman. He was beyond polite and very knowledgeable about a certain product we were looking to get. The amount of time he took to take care of us, was something you do not see very much in today's day and age. His service met well beyond my expecting. He made sure that I left happy and with what I was looking for.
Phil was amazing to work with. He was very easy to talk to and also to learn more information about the product I was inquiring about. Very knowledgeable at his job. Definitely would recommend him!!
Wow! Phillip really helped me find the perfect mattress for me. He let me try out different ones based on my preferences until we found one that met my personal needs. I truly appreciated his customer service.
Phil was very helpful with our furniture needs. He was very thorough in explaining about the materials of the furniture, the warranties and delivery timelines. I would definitely recommend him to others.
