This store used to have good food and good service. Today we were in there and they told me the food was 1/2 hr old. We drove 10 mins to our home and this food was so old that the french fries literally broke in half like a pretzel stick and the chicken was horrible, When I confronted them on this they called my wife a liar and that she bought it in the morning. There is no way to get ahold of the owner to let him know that the people he has working for him are rude, inconsiderate and liars themselves. After doing the books for 10 convenience stores myself, I would fire a clerk for doing what this one did to myself and my wife!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like the previous poster said....fries are like pretzels, Bought them, tried to eat in the store but decided to throw lunch in the trash.... Definitely need an employee here focused on Quality.
This Shell Station refused my service dog. I will NEVER go back. They do not follow the American Disability Act.
I asked for a certain tobacco product, he bagged it up , 50+ dollars worth, I got home and realized it was the wrong thing , with receipt and unopened just as it was given to me, would not exchange it , was told state law the second it left the store it could not be returned, they refuse to answer the phone, I have spent alot of money at this store , now I will never spend a cent there , and will file a complaint , I am 68 years away and have never experienced anything like this
Stopped in there for gas about a week ago 11 Nov. 20, and went to restrooms which were clean. Noticed chicken strips looked good, so tried them along with their fried potatoes.....nice folks and REALLY good chicken strips. I loved the spicy ones, wife liked the mild seasoned ones. Folks were great to deal with also!!!
Machine would only let me choose one option...the most expensive Premium after it took my card. As if it was out of all other gas. No one manning the store and doors locked at 9:30 on Friday night. Tried a few times to cancel and then it let me pump regular.
I love the chicken here BUT let me tell you what. The ladies/gentlemen that work here are so HATEFUL!!!! They don’t say hello when you walk in just look at you, they are snappy, and kinda make you feel like they don’t want you there! I’ve been to a lot of gas stations and I dread going into this one but the chicken and peach tea keeps me goin back. The workers here, need a huge attitude adjustment!!!
Unfriendly. Receipt tape is always empty. Unapologetic.
Don has no people skills. He refused to assist me with a card purchase at a pump that wasn't operating properly. He just stared at me and commands me to leave and never come back. I've purchased gas and other item many times in the past, but I never will again thanks to Don. He wouldnt give me his last name, told me it's none of my business and without eleven trying to resolve the issue, he just told me to leave. I'll never do business there again. Don was beyond being rude.
Was refused cigarettes because the sales associate was "not in the mood." For reference, I am 22 and had valid Missouri identification. Only reason given for refusal of sale was that they were "not in the mood" to give me a reason. Sales associate was man in his late 50s, balding, and had glasses.
