Well, right from the beginning of checking in, everybody was just so pleasant and nice the doctor. He’s a young guy and he was the anesthesiologist. He was super nice and friendly and comforting and I think his name was Zachary who is that but he was nice they were all nice. I have nothing negative to say they made me feel so comfortable. They were fun when we got into the procedure room. That’s what people need when they’re having something have a procedure done. And Dr. Alex I just love his sweet personality. Very caring, very smiley very friendly and I’m just so confident in him I’d recommend.

From the minute I walked in, to the moment I was released, All the staff, nurses, and doctors were impeccable in the care, support and treatment before, during, and after my surgery. I was nervous and felt anxious with my impending operation… but was met with real experience in keeping me informed as to what to expect, as well as making me feel comfortable with the whole process. The nurses were very helpful and genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. The anesthesiologist was incredibly knowledgeable about my case and put me at ease. My Orthopedic Surgeon explained everything, exactly what he was going to do, as well as his Physician Assistant. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and will be recommending this facility to my family and friends. Thank you so much!

Better service than other hospitals in the area. Medical and Nursing staff both Kim's and the night nurse that helped me on the 4th floor are professional and conscientious. My surgeon was great and a big plus for this Hospital. He explained everything and put my concerns at ease. His assistant in the Orthopedic office, Kellie, was very helpful. At times I think she went above and beyond her job to ensure surgery wasn't delayed. They are great representatives for Tennova. My room was fine but could use some updating. The most important thing is the room was functional, spacious and clean. Pre-op, anesthesia, MRI, Midline IV, surgery and post-op techs are professional and on the ball, especially Alex and Sheree! No problems with Tennova. Nice to have an alternative to Covenant medical. I would return here again should an emergency arise. This would have been a 5 star review, but there were consistent issues with the sigma/spectrum IV pumps on both of my visits. The pumps never made it through an IV treatment without multiple alarms see photos included with this review.

Everything from start to finish. It was nothing short of outstanding. I was treated with respect, dignity, and understanding. My doctor was amazing. My surgery was flawless. The food was outstanding, and the medical care team was top-notch. I have zero complaints.

We were so impressed with the compassion and kindness of each staff member. We were constantly asked if we needed anything. We observed thoughtful employees engaging with other patient families in the waiting areas too. One employee stopped to bring a blanket to a young woman in the waiting area because she had shorts on and the air conditioner was cool. We also enjoyed listening to the banter of the staff interacting with each other. It’s very evident the Tennova employees enjoy their workplace. That was so refreshing and comforting to us. This will always be our hospital of choice.

Karen was my CT tech. She went above and beyond to resolve administrative problems as well as technical problems and was able to complete my heart scans. She did an amazing job, and I have to say thanks for all of her professionalism and effort. She is truly outstanding.

I was admitted with high blood pressure. After numerous tests, I was told that everything was "good" and that my only problem was that my cholesterol was 206. NOBODY ever bothered to inform me that I had 1 diastolic heart failure, 2 pre-diabetes and 3 a 1.3 cm kidney stone - even tho it was clearly indicated in the reports that were sent to my PCP. A little transparency would have gone a long way for a better review and a positive word-of-mouth recount. But you better bet they will be diligent on trying to collect their bill.

My husband had to have surgery today and we were amazed at the kindness, sweetness and complete warmth we felt while we were there. They answered any question we had without hesitation. From the time we walked in to get him registered to when he was wheeled out to our car they had a smile on their face and were so nice. I highly recommend you go there for your needs. D. Hall

Everything went smoothly. Each employee I encountered was kind and helpful. The facility appeared clean and tidy. I felt like I received very good care. And I love my Dr Silver!

Recently had a robotic double hernia operation. I want to thank Dr. Campbell and the entire surgical staff. Also want to thank discharge nurse Gloria Green for her able and comforting care while I was waiting to be discharged. I appreciated her demeanor and professionalism that made a rough time for me tolerable.
