I like this place because it's easy to reach just off the highway, they have a very good selection of products, and every employee I've encountered has been very nice and helpful. Good gas prices too.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in the Grove City Turkey Hill yesterday evening, 6/3/23, to get some drinks. The place was trashed and in desperate need of being stocked. The end entire time I was in there the attendant was goofing off with her friend, ignoring the customers and failing to do her job. When I said something to her about being out of things and needing to clean up, she claimed she couldn't do anything because she was the only one working. Sorry, but she was in no way working, nor showing good customer service. I will not be returning to that Turkey Hill again, and I suggest that something be done with the "staff."

The mens bathroom smelled like pee. It was so overwhelming I could not breath. Have they ever heard of bleach?? No excuse for this!
I don't know the last time I saw a restroom this disgusting. Not sure why there's a toilet, as the floor is just covered with urine. It was difficult to breathe, the smell was that bad. It'd obviously been that dirty for quite some time. It's really not that difficult to use a mop every now and then.

I don’t know where management is in this store.Nothing in the coffee station worked ,and the kid behind the counter just started at us like we were stupid. I guess he was afraid to mess up his long finger nails .
On 8/20/21 at 10:34pm I was racially discriminated against because I wanted to get a mike harder lemonade and the big white guy behind counter told me my ID appeared to not be real. First of all I have a NYS Drivers license that I used to get on plane and get rentals in Ohio, so how is my ID fake? When he let my white friends get beer and didn’t even ID them. I have videos that is starting to go viral on tik tok for racial discrimination and I am looking to sue as well. The workers name is Midwest Larry.
Worst gas station in grove city without a doubt terrible workers can’t even get a coffee the creamer machine is out of everything and the creamer they have out they have no normal creamer or French vanilla only thing they had was hazel and when I come in to grab a soda no straws no extra large drinks no hot dogs basically nothing you are better going to any other gas station in Grove city Ohio period shelf’s are so empty it’s sad hopefully someone gets ahold of this place because it is most definitely the worst gas station in grove city I’m going to contact corporate also save some time and go to anywhere else or the speedway across the street
