Turlock Urgent Care

I live about 30 minutes away and will always bring my children to be seen at this urgent care. I have had such wonderful experiences over the last few months. The front staff are all very nice and professional as well as the doctor. I never wait more than 30 minutes. She is so quick and gets right to the point. The doctor is very caring and always offers my kids a lollipop after they are seen. Let’s continue making doctor offices fun and exciting for kids! Please continue with the stickers and lollipops! My kids look forward to going to this doctor because of this! Thank you Turlock Urgent Care! & all of the wonderful and caring staff!

I got in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly staff at front desk. Very nice doctor who was attentive to my needs and even called me back in two days to check in on me and see how I was improving. I highly recommend for urgent care needs!

Very clean place, signs and guidance to follow the rules of the facility are up. Greeted at the door and acknowledged my presence. Staff was friendly and took care of me and my son. Compare to the urgent care on geer you open the door they start yelling oh wait outside someone will be there. It's 100plus degrees outside and I'm with 3 yr old and 5 yr old on a busy street.

I have been a patient here for some time, and the staff and doctors are always friendly, professional, and fast. They genuinely care about their patients and always go the extra mile. I would highly recommend this clinic

Absolutely Atrocious, went in for pain after a car accident and they were more worried about an insurance claim before asking any other questions. They charge for masks as well. I would not recommend if other urgent cares are open.

The doctor was great and got us in and out fast, the reason for the 2 stars is because even though I called ahead to ask if an appointment was required they never mentioned that masks were required and that we would have to wait outside in the cold for a covid test. Upon arrival I didn't have a mask and because they required one I had to PURCHASE one from them. If a business is requiring them they need to provide them for free. When I asked why I wasn't told about the requirement when I called they said it should be common sense. A year or 2 ago maybe but not now. I was just at a different urgent care that does not require them. Also when I told them my daughter had just tested negative for covid last week they refused to accept that test they needed their own. All they care about is money. Luckily my insurance covers it otherwise it would have cost me $200!!

This place is literally profiting off of covid.. To start their staff is blatantly rude and have a disgusting demeanor. You must take a rapid covid test if you want to be seen, there's goes $200 if your insurance does not cover that. They require a mask and charge $1 if you do not have one when they should be providing it since they are already profiting so much. They can't afford to provide a 10 cent mask? You would think they would treat you nice since you're already not feeling good.

Mary the receptionist has an attitude when she speaks to patients. Office manager “Jen” I think is her name is plain rude. The doctors are good and nice though. It’s the front staff.

Always a good experience here. I went in to check on a possible ear infection or pinched nerve. Dr. checked and confirmed problem with the muscle below my left ear. No ear infection. I was in and out less than 20 minutes. Staff here is always knowledgeable, professional and open at 8am.

More than satisfied. Not only are they attentive to my child’s medical needs, but they cope with what the parent believes to be prioritized. Great service
