I upgraded my baby grand recently from Turner's Keyboards. As usual everyone in this organization is awesome and truly incredible, personable, knowledgeable, receptive, and helpful. I needed to understand how to use the electronic apps for my Roland GP609 and Eric spent the time downloading apps, showing me how to connect to the piano, and how to do lessons, play music, etc. So wonderful having this loving and valuable resource in our community. We are extremely pleased with the extraordinary service we received from Turner's Keyboard! Every interaction with every person we encountered was fantastic...from calling to make an appointment to the tuning of our piano. The lady who set up our appointment on the phone exuded joy! She was kind, cheerful, and informative. Joel, who came to tune our piano, was amazing... extremely kind, professional, prompt, and did an exceptional job tuning our piano and fixing some keys that were sticking. Of note, he was so considerate, as he took his shoes off at the door because of all the muddy ground from the intense rain we were having! We appreciated that so much! We worked with Turner’s keyboards to move a piano into our new home. The scheduling process was so easy and the movers were on time, incredibly professional, and took great care with our item. I would recommend them for any piano-related needs, especially when moving!!

I can’t say enough about the entire team at Turner’s Keyboards- from scheduling the move with Evan to the actual move itself! I contacted Turner Keyboards to move an upright piano I purchased from someone’s home. The staff was quick, careful, courteous and extremely friendly. We could have moved the piano using a truck and few men; however, we wanted to protect our beautiful investment during the move! Turner Keyboards did just that and much more!!!!
We had a wonderful experience. Eric did a great job explaining the different options, and he was very patient and helpful as we worked through our decision. Highly recommended!!
