I have been a customer at Turner’s for a number of years. I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Vicky Saltz. Vicky is very knowledgeable about the inventory and has a talent for design. She has a wonderful personality and listens carefully to the needs of the customer. She thinks outside the box and offers valuable suggestions. I highly recommend Vicky and Turner’s Fine Furniture.

Vicky Saltz exceeded our expectations. She used RoomSketcher Design to graphically display multiple designs and furniture selections. She acquired a good sense of our tastes and styles and portrayed them precisely in her presentations. She listens and understands. She doesn’t over sell but provides exquisite value. She really made my wife and I feel comfortable. Even after we settled on furniture and patterns she keep providing alternatives to make sure that we and she were happy with our selections. My wife and I spent six months trying to solve our furniture needs and in less than a week Vicky gave us all the answers. She loves what she does and it is evident in her delivery. We could not ask for a better experience and will use Vicky as an ongoing resource. Turner’s is lucky to have Vicky on their team.

Lori was very pleasant to work with. Took lots of pictures and measurements, talked with us about our lifestyle and wishes, studied the room and rooms connecting, and colors, etc. We are very pleased with the colors she has a great eye, pieces chosen, and arrangement. Thank you, Lori!

Turner's Fine Furniture has a great selection of furniture . Our sales consultant Kim Jones has assisted us each time. She has gone thie extra mile to assist us. We have purchased furniture from Turner's Fine Furniture on several occasions and we have been pleased with the selection, service, and have been very happy with our furniture we have purchased.

Furniture is good quality and people were good to deal with. Just don't buy the insurance they recommend you get with the purchase. It’s a scam. We have spent months and months trying to get an issue resolved and wound up getting nowhere. We finally just gave up.

Nothing but problems from Turner's furniture. 2151 US Highway 319 S, Thomasville, GA 1.  Problem one:  they had a special no sales tax but I was charged sales tax. 2. Problem two:  I returned a dinning room set.  Several days went by an they hadn't credited my credit card.  I call to inquire why, I was told by manager Jason Feril that they didn't have my card number. Shouldn't common sense would be to call me to get my card number? Problem 3:  I went into the store to purchase a sofa for my mother who has dementia who was with me at the time of the purchase. I explained to the salesperson that she sometimes will urinate on the sofa so I needed something that could was handle the pee.  He advised this particular sofa that I purchased.  He advse if she peed the only thing I have to do is wipe it off.  That wasn't true, the pee soaked into the sofa. Now the sofa smell of urine. Problem 4: I purchased the furniture protection plan. My mom peed on the sofa.   I call the number Jason Ferilthe managergave me to callprotection plan to report the urine smell in the sofa.  When I called to report the urine smell in the sofa, they advise me they didn't have a record that I paid for the plan.  Again I call Jason Feril.   They sent someone out but the unrine smell is still there.  When I calledprotection planon 3/22/23 to advise them the smell was still in the sofa, the rep  advised me the tech who came out stated he removed the stain.   I advised the rep I didn't report a stain I report urine smell in the sofa.  I called Jason Feril to advise him of what the rep at the protection plan told me, that was on 3/22/23.  He stated he would take care if the issue.   As of 4/21/23 I haven't heard from Jason or the protection plan company. The sales person lied to me about the sofa being able to handle pee and I paid $249.00 for the protection plan the is useless and have a sofa that smells of pee. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

I’ve been doing business with Turner’s for several years, and they continue to provide wonderful customer service as well as selling quality furniture. Vicki Saltz has helped us every time we’ve made purchases. She very knowledgeable with design services, and if they don’t have exactly what I’m looking for, she’s always helped me find something similar online and gotten it ordered for me. I will continue to shop at Turners for years to come!
