Same pricing as everywhere else, but with standout knowledge and service, plus the benefit of supporting a 2nd-generation, locally-owned family business. We’ve been happy customers since we moved to Chagrin. Today, Brian installer of 15yrs and Kevin owner came out to the house and did a perfect install of a new tv, end-to-end, including full integration of our existing A/V and networking equipment, running wires behind drywall, and providing a tutorial on how best to utilize the new features and controls. SO fortunate to have Lowe’s A/V nearby! They’re the best.

Always get excellent service from Lowe's. They are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgable. If I have a question, I know I can call and they will help me out with my TV. You don't get that kind of service from a big box store.
