For $31, expect a better clean than this. Wanted to try this car wash and disappointed. Don’t know if this is how it is every time or just my luck.
First ever visit. I purchased Ultimate Full Service. Was being flagged down by the guy like the vehicle was done, but it never got vacuumed. I was very confused but since it was my first visit I figured, I was wrong and it didn’t include it. Upon looking back at the plans online, it’s clear the ultimate full service includes everything turtle 1 and turtle 2 offer. My vehicle was never vacuumed, car looks shinny. For 26$ and a $7 tip, save your money. You’re better off paying for a wash and vacuuming your vehicle yourself at other car washes.
I placed an extended review of my visit there used to be a very nice car wash with very professional crew circa before 2020 - but my long review was removed... clearly manipulated outcome - not cool google
Got a car wash but way under staffed waited 30 minutes. Went car after they called me it's ready and it looked bad, the girl that finished it said sorry I don't clean cars but tell told her to do it. So I got a dirty car with wipe marks and dirty windows mirrors and front window didn't even get wiped down. I won't be going back best choice is go a block away and pay less and get a better job.
They did a good job on the vehicle. The only thing I have an issue with was my rims. They did a poor job cleaning them. It was not just one, it was all 4 of them.Service: Auto detailing
I got a car washed, interior detailed and exterior waxed and WOW those guys do an amazing job. Mohammed helped us choose what we wanted and needed and was super nice through the whole process. The car looked phenomenal when we got it back. They even got it done quicker than I thought.
We had a car wash here thinking is gonna be a good one. For the price which was like $20 it was nothing special. The same as of you would go to a normal car wash for $3. The car don't look that clean, the cloth they use left white fuss everywhere and from what I notice so far I have water marks on my windshield, there is other things to which I'm not sure what it is. I wouldn't go back again. I'm sorry but it's definitely not worth it.
Paid 29$ for a poor service, not vacuumed at all, floor mats remained dirty, after they washed,they used regular water, nosoap, doesn’t deserve even a star . Stay away The 6$ car wash from jet brite car wash is way better
First after giving them the car to drive up to the auto wash they left the hazard signal on even after the wash while drying the car smh then the cleaning was disappointing they have abunch of young kids there and nobody coaching them up probably won't be going back
If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly I could have cleaned my car myself ! My back seat was beyond horrible. I got back In my vehicle feeling like my five year old would’ve done a better job with our hand held vacuum from home. I doubt I go back. This isn’t the first time I’ve been to turtle wax and left having to go and finish cleaning my car myself.
