My go to place for car wash service. So far I've noticed that only two people do a great job drying cars and make sure yo tip well. This time it was spotless.  5/29/2022 I had just finished a move and my car was so dirty inside and out. I bought the 70 dollar interior detail and glad I did. Car is spotless and leather was cleaned very well. Couldn't be happier.

This car wash continues to deteriorate. The actual car was is really run down looking now. Try to avoid using the restrooms. Theft by employees has become a minor inconvenience.  Remove all fire wires and lock your glove compartment. I have had my fire wires stolen. One day they lost my keys and that’s when things really fell apart. They said I left the motor running and took the keys. All the employees then disappeared and I was stuck. 15 minutes later an employee emerged with my car keys.Service:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

Fair and honest review. Decent cleaning for the $32.99 wash for my SUV. It took just over an hour. I pulled straight in as nobody was in line in front of me on a Tuesday at 1:35pm. The exterior was a bit dirty but there were 4 spots that were completely missed. All were bigger than a fist and pretty obvious locations. Inside was good. Door jambs and door inside edges were done nicely. Vacuuming good but I'm pretty clean anyways so wasn't a whole lot to do. For a hand wash I figured they would do better overall and not miss bottom of front passenger door, front corner, top off a wheel well and mostly the front corners where most bugs collect. I tipped regardless as work in the heat was done and it's not everyone's fault. I will look for other hand wash places before going back though. Oh... and why ask someone what scent they want for it to be forgotten to be put in. Don't go on a work lunch break since they can't finish within an hour during typically slow times on a weekday.

For the 30.00 dollars I shelled out I could have done better I don’t know who supervises the work definitely will never go back  lots left to be desired the employees are over worked or hung over who ever owns it please have the decency of taking better care of this it may sound like a rant I am in the cleaning business I know what I am talking about probably won’t here from you but this is my two cents worth wha a shameServices:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

I have been a repeat customer for years. However, manager Peter no longer honors free wash loyalty cards! So, after spending $200, on wash and tips, NO FREE WASH. I emailed Peter asking for a one time free wash, or even a discount. I had nine punches on my card. I understand discontinuing cards, but not fair to loyal customers. His answer was no, I was “ lucky” to have been a customer using loyalty cards. Not true, as he no longer honors the cards. I could have taken my dirty car elsewhere. Bad business practice. Plus, girl at register rude. Will NOT be returning to this car wash.

I've been to two other carwash both in Tustin and Irvine. But I think this one did it best. I just hope all of their staff cleans the way they did our van. He even removed the child seat. I got the deep clean package for $44.99.

Terrible service... my car was left on the sun too long. Still has water marks. Didn't  vacuum inside. There is still sand on the carpet and seat. I told the man my self that to.please vacuum carefully because  I had just left the beach. Nope. They didn't.  My car is dusty  inside. Not sure what they did to the car. Still looks dusty and has sand. Open my doors you can see dirt and water marks.  NOT going back again. I took pics to confirm my complain.  Duzand not wiped
