I have been with Tustin Premier Pharmacy and have only had the best experiences. It is very stressful when you are dealing with several underlying conditions and Mary and her staff make it as easy as possible for me. Mary is always there for me to help me and make sure I do not have any gaps in my medications. Her staff is incredibly friendly, and they always go above and beyond to ensure I can not only get my medicine but also help me with timing because pick up can be a challenge for me because I cannot drive due to my illness. The negative review is nothing I have ever experienced and again I have been with Tustin Premier for over three years, and they fill my medications on a monthly basis. I never have experienced anything that the negative review said. Therefore, I can only speak to my interactions, but they have been great. Mary and Tustin Premier are the best around. If you are looking for a great pharmacy, great pharmacists, and a pharmacy that understands that people suffer from different ailments and the need to work with each patient individually then this is where you want to be. Feel confident that you are in great hands and that you have a partner that understands medicine with Mary and her staff.

I was using premiere compounding for a medicine that was time sensitive. They were multiple days late on providing my medicine every single month I've only used them for 3 months and during the 2nd month I had let them know I'd be returning for the medicine on a monthly basis. The pharmacist let me know she'd be prepared for that so I wouldn't be without medicine that I depend on for multiple days at a time. I had my medicine called in a week ago and finally called them today after having waited to see where the medicine was at only for the lady to tell me that the medicine was back ordered and I'd have to call them next week. I was given no heads up in advance. The issue is if they had known this info and I was given the info I could've went to a pharmacy that actually can help me. When I asked them what happened, why I wasn't given a heads-up and that I'd definitely be using a more punctual pharmacy from now on the lady told me to go for it and provided no other explanation. Genuinely atrocious service. I really wouldn't recommend this place unless you feel you have no other choice. I actually think Mary is really a lovely person but she's only one of them and the pharmacy is just way too unorganized. This is people's medicines we are talking about here. I hate to leave negative reviews like this but this one feels entirely merited.

I have been using this Pharmacy since they opened for my Dog and now myself.  Their pricing is so much better on many things.  I appreciate all they do for our Vizsla, Dusty and kindness to our family.

I had a bad personal experience with both ladies at this pharmacy.  It started out when I asked what was I signing for. And the lady said I was signing for receiving the medication, the pick up. I wasn’t signing for the charge. So I said rather innocently, how do I know what I’m signing for? Perhaps I’ll find a charge of $5000 from my account. Well that set the pharmacist off. And this was on a Monday morning at 10:30! She said I had insulted her, blah blah blah. And the other lady backed up her friend. So customer service is nowhere to be seen this Monday morning. I left but came back within a few seconds and told them that they should print out a page that has my signature on it stating the medication in the pick up date and the time. But no, no no, the ladies were not having any of this. The first lady went to the back of the office and the second lady kept telling me goodbye and she added that I ruined her day. Well I told her she shouldn’t drink so much coffee then.  And all this happened on an innocent Monday morning. I had been there twice for medication but I assure you and I assured them that I would not return. I telephoned the referring vet in order to get another pharmacy for the next month’s refill. And when I see the vet in May, I will tell him of my experience with these two ladies. I suggest that these pharmacists realize that customers are human beings and not the inert pills and liquid medications that they dispense.

I have been a customer for Tustin premier compounding pharmacy for the past 3 years. The customer service is exceptional and the care is genuine. The pharmacist is very caring and explains all the directions clearly. I highly recommend this pharmacy, it’s rare to find caring people in the time we live in currently.

Carol and Mary are an absolute pleasure to work with! Professional, advocate for customers, reasonable with pricing, so very knowledgeable, explain everything, create compounds in a timely fashion, take time and care with customers, and remind me of how pharmacists used to be with regard to impeccable customer care. They truly do deserve every five star rating they receive. So happy I found them!!!

When my fur baby was diagnosed with a devastating disease two years ago, she required a cocktail of prescription medication.  I was ordering the Rx through an internet-based pharmacy.  When I talked to the internist about other pharmacy options, she highly recommended Tustin Premier Pharmacy.  First time I went, I met Mary and she was great!  Mary is so knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, friendly, courteous, and fast at filling the Rx.   She sends a convenient text when the Rx is ready for pickup.  Her store also has drug store type items, and I occasionally grab something from her shelves that I need.  It is very convenient.  Mary at Tustin Premier Pharmacy is my GO TO for all my Rx needs!  Thank you, Mary, for your service and contribution with keeping my fur baby my miracle baby!

Mary is such a kind and resourceful pharmacist.  She is always thoughtful and patient and stays on top of communications.  She is quick to research medication questions and source hard to find medications.  I can't recommend this pharmacy enough!

I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone, Mary the pharmacist is so nice, she goes above and beyond to help me with everything I need, specially with the busy day of a full time working  mom, she does all the communications with the doctor on my behalf.
