My first time in this place, since I entered at their office the sweetheart receptionist call me by my name. I am very satisfied, all the dental team are very kind, nice, professional and good heart to help for your concerns and dental needs. Recently I had my appointment like 3 weeks ago, I was so nervous but as soon they attended my dental concerns I felt myself in good hands more in calm and relaxed, all the dental team treat their patients with compassion, patience and nice care, I really recommend this dental place 100 percent for all your dental needs, Dr. Foruzan and Dr. Faranak are very great and lovely persons !!

Literally walking in their office & the gals greeting me by my name is such a comforting feeling! I am a new patient with Tustin Smile Care, & every apt I have been to has been wonderful. They really ease my anxiety when I come in since I am always nervous when it comes to dental work but each time I come in, I have less fear! Both Drs are so professional, & I love Evelyn & also another gal, which I forgot her name! Thank you TSC for the genuine care!
Great experience! This was my first time visiting this office and I must say the customer service was great. The Dr. was great as well, explained everything very thoroughly. Definitely recommend this office.
First time here, and from making my appt. To coming to it, my whole experience has been great. Everyone from front office, back office staff to the doctor have been great, very nice and professional. They've answered all my questions and have helped me with my issues. I will be bringing my kids here too.
The office is a dental HMO provider but does not honor their agreement with their customers or plans. This is my first time using an HMO product and I was expecting usual and regular care with little out of pocket. The dentist tried to require I have a full mouth debridement at $150 when I just had my regular cleaning 5 months ago and have had cleanings every 6 months prior. I was expecting a regular cleaning as provided by the insurance without extra charges. There was no rational provided on why I needed the more extensive cleaning. In talking to the office assistant, she literally said “HMOs only provide a discounted rate but they don’t really pay for anything.” I asked if they had a fee schedule from my insurance company which they say they did not have. I left without having the advanced cleaning and no other cleaning option was provided after I pushed back. In talking with my insurance company, I learned I should not have paid the $5 office visit copay, though a minor charge, it speaks to their compliance toward the terms they agreed to.
Good quality care. Constructive suggestions bases on what will help you in the future with your teeth. Definitely a business. Just make sure you clarify what is and is not covered with your health insurance. Always good to maintain teeth.
After not going to, and fearing, dentist's for years I had an emergency and came here. From the time i walked in I was made to feel very at ease. Front desk was great and very helpful as well as the dental assistant. The dentist was very gentle and really took the time to make sure I was ok. Very clean, professional, yet warm atmosphere. You can tell here they care about their patients.
I've been coming here for years and don't plan on going anywhere else. The staff are great,very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They have beef wonderful in every aspect. I have gone to other dentist before and was not satisfied with their work. It looks like they didn't care and just was trying to get the job done as fast as possible. Not here. The staff will talk to you and you can tell they actually care about you and your well-being. I highly recommend this place not only for yourself but your kids and loved ones as well..
Just return for my cleaning and a filling. Satisfied again! Tustin Smile Care is definitely one of the best in the area. My experience from start to finish is always pleasant. I am extremely selectful when it comes to visiting a dentist, but in all honesty Dr. Bigdeli is the best. She's gentle and patient -- and knowledgeable. The office is always spotless and welcoming. The staff is friendly literally every time I come in. The Office Manager, Anna is super professional and always willing to answer my list of questions I always have so many. I highly recommend this dental office.
