My husband and I were completely unsure of his size since he fluctuates in weight but the gentlemen working there guessed his size in blazers right away just at a glance. Super impressive. Even when we moved to the clearance section he came over and kept helping us. We ended up leaving with a really nice blazer at $100 and felt valued as customers even though we weren’t able to pay $300 for a non clearance item. We will definitely come back for the next formal event we need to attend.
Absolutely amazing experience. Mary was so knowledgeable and helped our party find suits that looked and felt great. I'm very satisfied with what I purchased, and even though the Southcenter location is a bit of a drive for me, I've made it my go-to.
They really take a nice team approach. I felt very supported at every step of sizing and selection and questions for the tailor. I left there feeling great about my suit selection.
Scheduled an appointment online through the Men's Wearhouse site, only to arrive on time at the location and find out that they don't have any control of those appointments. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes while they helped other customers. After that though, things went well. Mary helped me find exactly what I needed and offered excellent advise when asked as she fitted me for a custom suit. Overall great staff and service, and if the appointment system had worked I would have given 5 stars.
EDITS MADE** 11/14 I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars as the support team at MW has reached out to me to help ensure a better process in a new location. Want to thank the support team for their customer service it made a world of difference. ********************* I made an appointment for my fiancé to try on some possible colors for our wedding and get measured. And when we arrived no one greeted us and we patiently waited in line to let someone know we were there for an appointment we got to the front and an older gentleman said “appointment for what???” In a very rude and off putting tone. We then followed him and he continued to talk to us very patronizing and honestly my fiancé and I both just let him know we didn’t feel like this is the place for us to do business and he responded “probably” and we just left. And it just gave me a knot in my throat and just overall was not a positive interaction.
Each clerk had a tape around their necks. Not a single one knew another about measuring and fitting a suit. The clerk gave us four choices for the pants hem. Then suggested not hemming them. I'm not attending my sons wedding in a suit with slacks that hasn't been hemmed. When I finally got the slacks back they were not hemmed correctly. They clerk told me it would be another two weeks to get them back. I ended up taking them to a seamstress. She charged me $27 to hem them correctly. Not George Zimmerman mens warehouse. I won't ever go back. Clerks are worthless.
I could be petty and discuss how they didn't get the right size for my son; however, they were able to handle our last minute rental quickly and almost perfectly, my shoes were new and they hurt. Hahaha! No, this was nicely and wonderfully done. I want to give kudos to the entire Southcenter team for their work ethic, diligence and professionalism. Thank you in a job well done!
Dennis is the man! He was very good at what he does and made the whole process of getting a suit fitted painless and easy. Would highly recommend coming here.
Very helpful and kind. I never have bought a suit before, I felt very comfortable and was treated well considering that I didn't know what I was doing.
Not happy with the service, I went in and got measured for the jacket and pants and the young man said it would be done on May5th that way they had Time!! for any alterations by the 12th of May, went in the on Sunday to pick up and tried on at home and the jacket sleeves were about a 1 inch to long, so I called and the young lady said bring it back on Monday and they could have it done by Friday the 12th. Took it back on Monday and was greeted by a young women with a bad attitude and said it will take 2 weeks so I explained and will it’s a No! With attitude and kept chiming in when I was talking to a manager, I will never go back there for a suit and let my social media friend know about my bad experience there!!!
