Tried it on to make sure it fit and they re-bagged it for me to bring home. Very affordable for my event and def 5 stars for value and customer service!

This place is great! The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about anything you want or may need. Popped in and left very pleased. This sound scripted lol. But yeah highly recommend

Spent $1000....  Came late, missing items,  some too short, some too big, no type of customer service after the fact, not even an offer to help on the costs... nothing...  CHECK YOUR ITEMS ...  wish there were more options on rentals locally...

Do NOT go here. Awful customer service with zero problem solving skills! My husband told me to go to men's warehouse to rent tuxes for our wedding, and I should have listened. The incompetent employees failed to enter one of the groomsman's current sizes into the computer system he had been in the store years prior and they had his old measurements on file. This resulted in a tux that was too small. They told me that they didn't have any tuxes in his size and couldn't have one available in time for our wedding! They just shrugged it off like it was nothing. Worst experience ever! I repeat don't go there!

This is the worst place to rent a tuxedo. I rented my husband and my son tuxedo here for a wedding and when I when to pick them up. They were too big they look like gangsters. And the lady that works there she doesn't know how to measure. She measure them if they were for really fat people. Don't ever go to this place. I'm really disappointed I will never rent a tuxedo from this place. And then she still gets mad because we told her that she needed to order a smaller size.

Not even acknowledged when I walked in after like 5 minutes and then completely ignored by an older employee with short hair when I tried to ask a quick question. I understand places get busy but really? If I could choose zero stars I would

Very poor customer service....I want to talk to a manager.  I was promised to have the items we ordered a month before our wedding and did not get it in time.  I called on more than one occassion and they kept saying it would be here next week...next week never came.   I am so beyond pissed,  They should not be aloud to do this to people.  Something needs to be done.  I will be calling to speak to the manager tomorrow during normal business hours.   TUXEDO DEN SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience at tuxedo den. I've been there a couple times. They've been measured TWICE just to make sure the tuxedos were right.  i needed tuxedos for all 7 of my chambalanes, they all received the right orders, all of their tuxedos fit . My brother decided to go to prom a couple days BEFORE. Andrea helped us out as much as she could, said she could get the tux as early as possible. Thanks to her the tux came in on time as promised. THANK YOU TUXEDO DEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service,the woman with the shoulder legnth dark hair was very helpful and knowledgeable!!!She gave us advice on color choices and fitting,matching my sons tie exactly to his dates dress!!She gave us her full attention,and was very friendly,and his suit looks great!!!
