This apartment complex is the worst I’ve ever lived in. I was promised a brand new fridge, stove and washer when I moved in. That never happened. Instead there were fleas and roaches, spiders and ants. The ant and spider problem is still present. I’m still waiting on a screen door from this past summer as ours was broken when we moved in. She claims we never turned in a maintenance request. Today, I went to go discuss an issue of a “late” rent payment from back in August with the manager Anha and she kicked me and my husband out of the office. She stated he was “yelling” at her just because we wanted evidence of the late rent payment. Seems to me they are trying to make profit off people. This manager is not professional at all. She doesn’t listen or allow tenants to speak, only shuts them down. I wouldn’t recommend living here. Ever.
Don't waste your time! - Manager has an attitude problem - Requires personal information such as my work managers Cell Phone number & address even after I provided HR contact info. Very sketchy.. - Took my application money and then denied me for NO REASON. I have NEVER been denied for an apt EVER. - Current management has only been there for a month, BEWARE. - Nowhere to walk your service dog, no poop stations. - Management never answers the office phone so Good Luck getting ahold of anyone there!
Pros: Cheap rent, covered parkig, friendly on site admins. Cons: Unit was infested with ants when we moved in. Were told an exterminator would come to take care of them. This never happend. Lots of broken things/problems with unit. None of these were fixed or even attempted to be fixed while we were there for 9 months. Patio sliding door didn't lock. Patio sliding screen didn't fit and would fall off regularily. Faucet in kitchen barely dribbled water. Never recieved a key to our storage in backyard. After moving out we were charged $120 from our damage deposit to change the locks, which would have been really nice to have done before we moved in, so you know we'd have access to things in our own place. Locks were not changed before we moved in.
Wish I could give a lower rating. Poor communication and manager will lead you on just to take your application fee, sketchy screening process that harasses employers and can't get their stories straight. Bad vibes here, good luck if you want to live here.
The new manager is horrible at her job cannot fix the simplest of tasks an also has an attitude problem rent is cheap but so is the living space
Terrible management unfair and they never fix the problems with the apartment
Nice, quite and affordable. Neighbors are friendly and on-site manager's are really nice.
