Essentially everything is non-refundable. I bought a used* power cord and asked if I could return it if I wasn't satisfied, I was told "No, we're not a parts store". I guess they're not a customer service store either, because they have none. A cable is a part, and I bought a used one at that, which does not cost a dime to the store if I return it, they can put 100% of product back into circulation. I guess this store didn't learn the rules of pleasing a customer. Wal-mart may be the "evil conglomerate", but they do have good customer service.
