Twin Cedars RV Park

It used to be a good place to live Now under new management You used to be able to get your propane filled when you needed it as long as it was during business hours All you had to do was take your tank up by the big propane tank and Management would fill it and then you would retrieve it at the end of the day now the new management gives you 2 days a week Tuesday's 5 Pm until 6 Pm And Fridays 11 until 12 70 spaces in the park And 2 hours out of the week to fill your tanks at 1st they said that you could leave your tanks up top but It was not their responsibility if your tanks were stolen so basically do it at your own risk So we carried the tanks to the top of the hill 1 hour and 15 minutes before fill time @ 3:45 fill time was 5 Pm , next thing we know the office Called saying they didnt want the tanks left up there I said but you said we could leave them there but at our own risk then the manager said oh and we will not fill the tanks unless you are standing there when we do it . And they preferred you not leave them up there to get filled they changed their mind within 10 minutes of telling us leave at your own risk . The office hours have changed they have made changes for their convenience not the people who stay here . A lot of people that live at twin cedars RV Park are older people that have to find someone to haul their tanks up top It can be a challenge to find someone that is able to work within the short time frame given to fill your tanks or finding someone that can help with carrying their tanks for them . If you don't mind inconvenience this is the place for you .

I've been living here for a month and a half so far and I love it, everyone's really friendly, the prices are great and it is one of the only parks that accept older RVs like mine

well I can't say anything of the park itself but we contacted and never got any response whatsoever .. says alot about the rest I imagine would have been great to utilize them

They said they had a space for me immediately, just needed to move some things around. I set a date to move in for 5 days in the future, then they refused to email me back or answer calls or get in touch with me for days. They finally answered the day I was supposed to already be moving in on after my second call to tell me that they haven't gotten back to me because they still don't have a space despite their prior agreement, then they told me not to contact them again until they called back and immediately hung up without even so much as a good bye or an apology for not following through on the agreed upon plan.

Great & secure place to stay, in a perfect location which everything to do or to eat is around. Management is wonderful and very helpful, it’s always full or couple spaces available which is good but I recommend to call & plan ahead to get a spot.

I just put the one there so that I could make the post this place needs help and a lot of it from what I could tell when I tried to contact the management they hung their head out the window not professional at all I don't even know if they've been out through the compound to see what's going on during the day there are units there that I would consider a fire don't look habitable maintenance on that place is way behind it's a shame because that place could be a nice little cozy RV Park but it looks like they recruit the low end RV owner who lives in their unit full time there were some very nice units in there as I said I would be really worried parking in there with my nice unit to have it being burnt down because of run down systems or RVs parked in there. From the looks at it I would say the person or the corporate unit or what have you that owns this place doesn't care a bit about it just collect the money and keep it going

We have lived here for right around 6 years and couldn't ask for a better place. Jamie and Bear are wonderful people and they continue to manage the park with the care and dedication that only great managers can do. They continue to treat the people who live here with the otmost respect. We have checked out other rv parks and personally non compares to ours. We wanted to also thank corporate for the gifts that they have given this year and in the past. They are truly appreciated.

My family have been utilizing this park for over a year and the place is very well kept. Everyone is very friendly who lives/camps in the park. Management do an excellent job at keeping the park clean, safe for family and children. The park enforces a speed limit which is very necessary to protect our children's welfare while they play. Park rules are also on par for keeping rv sites neat and tidy. My family thoroughly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of all the office staff! Very glad to have found this place.

Lived here for over two years, current managers are the best. BEST. Caring, concerned, and willing to go the extra mile to make it a safe and welcome environment for my kids. The maintenance of the park alone is amazing and they have truly fostered a welcoming community vibe. Love it!

I have lived here for over two years now. It's a close knit community with long time residents who care about each other. It has a few open spaces most of the year. It averages about 80% book. Amenities it offers is groomed dog park, horseshoe pits, flower beds next to flowing creek. A coin operated laundry room with folding table & deep sink. Clubhouse with soda/ candy machine, tv, books board games, microwave, ,tables and chairs to enjoy. Full men's & woman's bathroom with two showers each.Rent, Water, Garbage, electric, sewer runs about 650-850 per month. The office is open 7 days a week. And you can get your mail delivered there. Bear and Jamie strive to keep it safe and Covid19 clean.
