Since 1865, we’ve been applying our skills in crafting stone. It’s been a family business that has improved upon the techniques as time moves forward. Today, no competitor can match our quality. Cemeteries have certain guidelines to follow when it comes to monument placement on their grounds. As part of our service, we provide complete coordination between the customer, ourselves and the cemetery.

We also can help with the cemetery lot purchase process and can advise you on what questions to ask, or even speak with the cemetery on your behalf.

I can't say enough great things about Twin City Monument Works! With having no experience with creating a gravestone John was so great to work with. The professionalism and compassion that was shown will always be remembered. John was very flexible with hours for meeting which was nice.  I couldn't be happier with the end result.

My mom wanted a flat stone to memorialize a daughter she lost in 1957. I called the Pickett cemetery first to see who they usually use, being in Pennsylvania I didn’t know where to go. I talked with Jerry first and he walked me and my mother right thru everything over the phone. Then I talked with John and he was very helpful in getting the final details done and letting me know how everything was progressing. I then, was emailed by Giles, letting me know it was all done. Every single one, that I had contact with, treated us with respect and cared about how the stone should/would look and sent photos. Thank you for allowing us to give our mother a blessing and lifting a burden off her shoulders after 66 years.

Instead of showing you books showing options, they take you through the entire process of styles, designs, and have their own in-house artists who can create unique, custom pieces if desired. Also, having a large selection to choose from can greatly shorten the lead time to completion compared to their competitors. Highly impressed and recommend.

John Stark, helped me select a memorial. He was friendly, genuine, and had a ton of knowledge about the monument business. I was very impressed. He also had some good suggestions. I'm also purchasing a marble cremation urn there. He will engrave that too. I am very pleased, & would give this business 10 stars!!! An excellent experience.

Amazing! I needed some railings sand blasted, they had 100 years of paint and rust built up... Twin City got the job done and for the right price!

I was at Twin Cities Monument recently to look for a Monument for my husband who died in June, 2021.  I was amazed how many monuments were on display.  The man who did carving of "pictures" on the Monuments is very, very talented. The son of the owner spent alot of time with me showing me various shapes, benches and more explaining everything about the granite used, the shapes, colors of granite. He is a very patient and kind young man. Thank you, Louie, for your recommendation to go to Twin Cities for a Monument for my husband.  Twin Cities Monument is the very best to see and choose a Monument.  It is in Neenah, WI and easy to find.

I would like to thank them on the 2 headstone they just did for David glick and Ken Seager. You guys did a real great job on both of them thank you very much for the great work you do.
