I come this store today August 22 2023 so a lady short hair work there not good customers sever I come and aks do you have juice for vapor like have mento ice taste apple juice and she aks me like not happy she said " what kind and they have different juice " look she work there and know which have mento ice or not and when I said can I see that 2 bottle and she not happy to do I can't see which the name so I said 3ml HiDrip middle and she not happy when I give to me unhappy and I need time to look she like unhappy I come alot store to like juice vapor but this firts time that lady that employe unhappy and like she get mad something they closed at 8:00 and come at 7:00 I'm not come late to get bad customers sever so if you guy come and to get a mad don't come this store when have she work trust me when I pay and leave nothing say thank you many store name you happy to come but don't come when have she work there Thank you
Kayla store manager? keeps bringing me back. She is amazing and without question is a true asset. Every time I renew my vape needs with her, she remembers me. Something a customer remembers and appreciates. If Katla is not the store manager, she needs to be!!!!! She gets it, she knows customer service. I recall a visit I had and and I offered that the person standing outside the counter go first. That person balked at me, as a customer, discounting me and said "like I'm a customer". Not sure who that person was but I was taken a back......I don't know what to say about that but it was amazingly rude as I was looking to replace my vape. I'm there weekly and spend my money because of Kayla. She's exactly who I look forward to meeting for my experience in the store.......
I love this place! The first time I went here, they didn't have my usual e-liquid but found something else I really liked. Customer service is always top knotch! Be a member and get really good deals too! Buy one get one FREE! I totally recommend this place!
Had to ask multiple times the price of something when I was the only one in the shop and then got attitude because I mentioned that I had to ask more than once about a product because the person working decided to have everybody in talking on the phone February 2nd 12:20 PM
This was the worst shop I've ever been to. Not only was it hella over priced, but I bought a few disposable vapes, and tasted em right away outside. Well one of them wasnt working at all, and so I went back in and showed the person working. They said they dont refund or return any merchandise and if it was broken then I needed to go to the brand website, find a customer service number, and take it up with them. Hands down the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any store ever. Their selection was minimal, and the worker wasnt practicing any of the covid safety guidelines.
This place is almost like my home. I go here every couple of weeks. They have the best prices I've seen around. Along with very honest answers to questions. They make their juice in house for you. All of the juice I have gotten has been awesome.
I have been a loyal customer since they opened. Despite being lied to about products they will no longer carry. At one time I was told that they would be ordering a product and 3 months later I was given more excuses. Because of the location and customer service of a couple of the employees I continued to shop there and buy other products “until they received the shipment.” I was just in there 2 weeks and no mention of completely discontinuing the flavor and the complete change to another juice line. Went in today to buy juice because I was completely out only to find that they no longer will have it and did not have an equivalent flavor just plane strawberry. I ended up purchasing 2 flavors I was unable to try or even smell. Due to a time constraint, i was unable to go to another ecig store.
Today was the first time I was unsatisfied with my service. I had come in with a broken glass for my tank and the replacement wasn't in stock. I was pointed towards the tfv12 prince which is gorgeous but I asked about how much wattage it could handle. I was told " pretty much anything you throw at it" after opening it and priming it I take a look and see that it only handles 100 watts. I usually vape at 180+ watts. This is not what I wanted or even asked for. The information I received was incorrect and as a customer who has been coming to your store for 3+ years I am pretty unsatisfied *update* they went above and beyond to make this mistake right. I really appreciate it!
Long time customer: Purchased a battery charger from this place to replace my broken one, turns out the replacement I bought was also a dud. Went to go return their faulty equipment and they claimed "once it's out of the store we cant do anything" I mean I understand vape juice sure, but a charger? Really? They told me to send it into the company because it does have a lifetime warranty but I also pointed out to them that the warranty also says I have 15 days to return it to an authorized vendor TC vapor to which they said they weren't one. So I told them they can keep their faulty equipment and I received nothing in return. I was hoping for at least some in store credit but what I got was screwed.
