Great ultra sound appointment yesterday. Everyone on staff was warm, friendly & engaging. I didn’t wait two minute to be seen for registration! I then sat for less than 10 minutes to be taken back for my ultrasound. The technician was positive, upbeat & put me at ease. She was thorough & graciously took her time which provided me much comfort. I highly recommend Twin Lakes for all of your needs. We have utilized their services for many family members over the years. They are top notch in leading patient care.

I like this place and highly recommend it. The employees are competent and pleasant. I've had procedures here since they opened because it is convenient to my home. I have never had to wait to either check in or be called or have the test postponed or cancelled. They are quick and reliable. Do not hesitate to come here. You'll like it!

Scheduling was a nightmare. My doctor sent the order and I was told they would call me with an appointment. After a week I called them. I was told they did not have an order and "we will call you when we get it. You don't need to call us." Another week passed, I called again. I was again told they never got an order. This went on a few more times. I finally got an appointment for July 5. On July 3 I got a call that they needed to cancel the appointment because my insurance had not approved the test yet. They told me it could take 2 weeks to get an approval. I tried back a week later and they told me their system was down and call back tomorrow. So, I called my insurance company. They never got a request to approve the test! Apparently they were sending the wrong doctor the information. A doctor I never even heard of. My insurance company had to get involved to get the issue resolved. After all that hassle, I was pleasantly surprised when I went for my test. The place is very clean. Everyone I dealt with was nice. I didn't wait very long either. If you can get past the scheduling issues, it's not a bad place.

My husband is disabled and has a cognitive deficit. I have to be able to be present to help make sure the questions are answered properly. So grateful to the staff who didn’t blink when I answered their questions a lot of times I am ignored or treated like an overbearing wife. I truly appreciate the respect that both myself and my husband were treated with today. Thank you so much!

When I got to the unit, I had forgotten my paper to authorize the test. They were nice enough to reschedule me out one hour so that I can go home and get the approval letter the technicians doing the procedure very professional and extremely nice. I had a great experience.

Organized and thorough! They answer all of your questions, take care of you and explain the process but you do have to ask them if you are unsure what the process is. They also have younger staff that is training and could be a pain to get your iv in, however in case of a problem main nudse is super skilled and you will be in good hands. My experience was a little rocky but at the end everything went well! Also your results will be at your doctors office the same day! To sum it up: Good place and very friendly staff! Would recommend!

I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and checked in easily. Even though I was a half hour early, I was taken back to radiology quickly for my mammogram. The technician was professional and took the necessary images. She told me that my doctor would receive my results in 24 hours, then wished me a good day. The associates of Radiology Associates at Twin Lakes are always friendly and professional.

Very friendly and efficient front office personnel . Minimum wait time. Great! Lounge very clean and bright . Technicians also very knowledgeable, polite and make one feel relaxed. Here again, wait time to be seen by a Tech. is very little. My wife and I have used this facility for many years and never ever had any issues whatsoever. We will most certainly recommend "TWIN LAKE IMAGING CENTRE " to any one in need of excellent professional medical service

Scheduling easy. Office and techs great. I have been there twice and was told to be a half hour early I arrive. I’m called back an hour and a half later both times to sit in another room whoever does the scheduling really needs a new job

The Radiologist that performed an ultrasound on me was EXCELLENT. She was very professional and sweet and a good listener, and completely thorough considering I am a large structure of a man. She spent time taking many images of my liver. I had great concerns, but I received excellent news the following day from my physician with my results. She is the best Radiologist of them all, I have been to many in my lifetime.
