Historic Twin Oaks Manor is a family owned wedding venue located in Millington TN. The Manor was built circa 1860 and is owned and operated by Brett and Diana Frans. Located just minutes north of Memphis off highway 14, it makes a perfect venue for your rehearsal, wedding and reception. Whether you want a barn or outside venue the historical charm of the Manor home and barn will provide a memorable venue for your special day. Property Venue:
$2800 For ceremony and rehearsal (does not include rehearsal dinner) If you choose to have the rehearsal dinner here it is extra.
160 maximum (includes a wedding in either our wedding barn or outside wedding,chairs,tables, pews, table cloths (white or ivory) use of any of our signs, decorations and sound System.
Use of our Manor for the wedding party the day of the wedding and the bride has use of the wedding barn the day before the wedding to decorate if she wishes.
Wedding officiant $150.00
Decorations (the bride may use her own)
Ceremony sound $100.00 (required)
DJ $350.00
Clean up/set up fee $150.00 ( Required)
Slide Show (you supply Thumb drive) $50.00
Reception
Catering – ( this is optional ) you may provide your own.
Horse and Carriage- $300
House Rules:
Policy sheet must be read and signed by both the bride and groom
All music must be turned off at 10:00 pm. All guests must be off the property by 11:00 pm
Beer, wine, champagne etc. are allowed. No hard liquor is allowed.
DJ must keep the noise level at an appropriate level. (loud is okay just not excessive)
No smoking in the barn or the Manor(smoking is allowed in designated areas)
only battery operated candles may be used in the barn. The bride and groom may use a real candle for the unity candle but it must be blown out quickly. (Our barn is all wood!)
